After two days and hundreds of dollars, I was left with a barely built and bent gazebo. This included whole pieces not put back on and a giant hole in the mosquito netting. Not only did they not complete the job, they ruined the gazebo. I received no reimbursement of any kind. And on top of everything, they were extremely late showing up both days and communication was terrible. Our home smelled fresh, clean, and we could actually breathe when we walked through the door. Despite the inevitable "damage" left in the aftermath of this mess, our home was actually "cleaner" coming back in then when we left. They are incredibly professional, and kept us up to date throughout the entire process start to end. They were very thorough in making sure that all of the mold was removed from our home, and actually needing to remove more than initially quoting, but making sure to call ahead of time! Honestly the crew is awesome! We couldn't be happier with them! They also did everything possible to ensure that our children would be ok, since our daughter's room was directly impacted by the damaged, by offering to put up black plastic to block her room from the bathroom (we declined since we were just going in and tearing the rest out).
