She does not have the expertise to add sleeves or a chest drape to her $7000 wedding dress, which my daughter requested almost 11 months ago. One week before her wedding she still didnt have the dress. The list is soooo long- missed deadlines- my daughter would send her email with everything expected to be completed at the next visit and nothing ever was. Rachel bought WHITE satin for sleeves and drape for an off white dress. GLARYINGLY different color! She ended up cutting off the dress train to create sleeves from as one month before the wedding there was no other choice to match fabric. The dress was stained - twice- while at the shop - and Rachel and her mother tried to gaslight my daughter that they were there all year? We had full length photos of the dress from 2 weeks prior with no stains or marks. Terrible communication- promises made- never fulfilled- timelines not met over and over - my daughter could not even wear her dress and had to buy a new dress on line 5 days before the wedding and get it rush tailored! On top of this we paid $800 in alterations and got nothing but headaches- anxiety and grief. There are several other reviews just like this from other brides. I beg of you- if you want professional - expert service other than a button sewed on- GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Not how I would run a business. Surprised they have been able to maintain operations like this…read more.. thought this was going to be easy seeing as how they were local and I needed simple shirt prints. Will now be traveling out of town for help would avoid wasting your time here. Update - call me a liar or stupid then because when I was in I asked will the rough draft shirts be done by the end of the week and you said yes... then proceeded to tell me when I came in the following Monday that you said it was only the invoice that would be ready? Why did it take 3 weeks for an invoice you know specifically I asked for the rough draft shirts stop putting words in my mouth you led me on for over 3 weeks I waited patiently... rude?... I literally walked in asked for my shirts back and left I said 6 words to you can I have my shirts back and left I had nothing to say to you if that's rude then you are on your own. Take care.
