My wife and I arrived about 1/2 hour before closing. Some trees were priced higher and asked to see ones as advertised. The gentlemen who helped us took us in the back and helped pick out a beautiful tree. We went to pay and told him we members of the chamber and received a slight discount he threw in a bottle of Plantabbs Prolong to nourish the tree. They put the tree in our SUV and home we went. I get overwhelmed by the many types of fruit, veggies, flowers, and trees they offer. The service is hit or miss, but when picking starts, I want to be left alone and take it all in. Just tell me where to find what I want and go away. That might sound harsh, but anyone who takes gardening seriously, I think will understand. It's almost like a good meditation. Breathe deeply and take it all in. It does wonders for your mental health. I'd like to say it's pricey, but I hear how expensive plants are at every other place from Home Depot to Hicks.
