First time with Patrick went very smooth. Dropped off docs and last year's returns a week before the appointment. Patrick showed me everything on his big computer screens and explained everything and then did the e-file right there. I found it very interesting how it works after 50 plus years of filing income taxes. I also gave him an extra Benjamin for doing the payment right then and there on line and it showed up immediately on my online IRS account and next morning showed up in my back account. I would recommend Birchfield CPA to anyone!!! I am currently admitted into Memorial Hospital for a blood infection and I'm not able to leave. My previous CPA passed away and then his counter part held onto my taxes until four days before the deadline, then he called and told me that he wasn't going to get to my husband and I's taxes or my husbands business tax return. In fact, he hadn't even started, nor did he contact me to let me know this until it was days away from being to late.
