Owner Elizabeth did our taxes for years. I got weird feelings about her last couple of years,…read moregiving me religious advice while doing taxes, almost like guilting me, in a undercurrent sense, for honest business deductions. I liked all her quotes peppered to her walls at first, but after this experience I find it disgusting and a false cover. This year I went to a CPA to consult for this year and found out she had not depreciated my rental properties all along, bad on me for not overlooking her work and just trusting her. All along she said she has rental properties so I trusted she would know... apparently not. What I find contradictory is her salacious greed, not that a "Christian" can't drive a Tesla, or wear LeBoutin ($700+) pumps, but I found her becoming more condescending over the years. Slapping 1099 papers on her desk for the men doing work for me, acting like I've been breaking the law, all the while misinforming on a subject she is paid for is insulting. By the way, I am Christian, but that really shouldn't matter- I wasn't going to church, but to a tax preparer, and an incompetent one at that! Early on I gave her too much credit, the CPA said she doesn't know what she's doing! Be careful using her services. Trust is #1and she failed.

Not good customer service here. Tried one of their services which did not deliver what they claim…read moreit would. We called, emailed and used their chat/messenger service (which no one is on the other side of to answer) to try and get support. 8 days later, we are still waiting to hear back from someone in their organization. Red flag...for sure! Have decided not to use this place for any of our business needs.
