I had one guy come out for a quote who just glanced at the trees and gave me a suspiciously low quote without asking any questions. Timber Pros came out and asked me exactly what I was looking for, and they offered advice on air flow and shaping the trees. I'm giving them 5 stars, because they do deserve it overall, but one piece of (hopefully constructive) criticism I'd offer them is to be more clear about who is communicating with you through Yelp. I thought I was speaking with Marco directly, but it was actually Armando, who was very nice, it just threw me off at first. All in all though, the work speaks for itself, and the price was good.
