The venue is set in a quiet area in Medford, overlooking the golf course, with a gazebo on the grounds, which is a gorgeous view. It felt very intimate and humble, not intimidating and over the top like some venues are. We felt that it was a romantic and beautiful setting. Charlotte is an absolute pleasure to work with and she was one of the major reasons we chose Mill Pond. She is very passionate about her job and really listens to you and your concerns. She's friendly, very knowledgable of the field, dedicated to make your day as special and beautiful as possible, and is overall a wonderful soul. After we had our first tasting of the food, we were sold. The food at the tasting, as well as on our wedding day, was so divinely delicious, and well prepared and presented. Our sincerest compliments to the chefs that day as they really worked so hard to make the food as delicious as they did and it really shows because the guests just keep raving about it all - the cocktail hour, dinner, and dessert. Especially the mashed potato bar; that was a huge hit! All of the servers that day were so well mannered and professional. They were so willing to help us and our guests and made sure to ask us if we needed anything and followed through on our every need. Our bartenders were professional, helpful, and friendly, and of course all the guests were very pleased with the beverages served. I'm sorry if I'm forgetting anyone but every staff member working that day was awesome and so helpful. I have only the best experiences with everyone that day and have only good memories of everyone. We are so pleased of the whole process from the very beginning of our first tour, to the very minute we were walking out of the venue concluding the night of our wedding.
