The assigned advisor was Jajandeep Gandu and He gave me an estimate of the maintenance cost at first amounting to $661 and told me if I can wait until 2:15pm for the service to be completed as they also found out that my left front wheel was punctured and it needed to be patched up. I said I can wait and its ok but we finished almost 3:00pm. And to my surprise, I was being charged for a minder B 1,2,3 with the amount of $883.27 he then told me that their online service prices was not "updated". My pregnant wife got really mad and I was worried that she will be stressed out because her pregnancy was delicate. Good thing that somebody helped us I think it was "Kim" and we are so thankful that she found a way to lower the cost of maintenance to $726.94. I don't think we'll be back for our next maintenance or vehicle purchase to that dealership. Please check all your invoices carefully for those "hidden" charges.

An unexpected fee after receiving my vehicle. McPhillips Toyota has made it perfectly clear that they don't feel responsible for this in anyway. The tech, Paul even completed the service without me being on location, which was a great relief considering I was travelling with a four-year-old. I've never looked at, been in, or even knew much about Cadillacs to begin with We were greeted fairly quick. Took the CTS out for a drive but I really wasn't sold on it. When we went back inside to talk about the car details I saw an ATS. Now THAT car had my interest. I wanted to know about it and told the guy I actually would prefer to know about the ATS instead. He said fine and that he'd give me the info about the CTS first and then let me know which was fine even though I made it clear that I didn't really care for the CTS anymore after having driven it anyway. He also said he'd find out my trade in value for the car I had which was great. UNTIL...He told me that the guy in charge of determining the trade in value wouldn't do it unless I agreed to take that CTS THAT DAY. He refused. Are you kidding me? You're selling luxury cars and expect me to agree to a ridiculous ultimatum like that? Why not inform you customer about the cars more? Don't pressure me into buying anything EVER. Especially when I come in saying I know nothing about Cadillacs but I'm extremely interested. The ultimatum thing might work on some people but that left such a sour impression on me. I pretty much laughed, said forget it I don't want to hear about the ATS or the CTS from them, got up and immediately left even though the guy was trying to convince me to stay. I ended up going to McNaught about a week later and bought an ATS from them instead. Had an EXCELLENT experience. Work on your customer service, guys. Because I will never recommend anyone to go there after my visit.
