I have been a loyal customer to EC for about 3 years. Unfortunately the work quality and service has suffered through their expansion. Namely, having to bring my vehicle back a handful if times on 2 different MPI claims. Bubbles in my vehicle wrap, eletrical issues which i am still having to this day. I went to East Side at the end of August, 2015 for an estimate. I called a few days later and told them I had decided to go ahead with the repair (I had a broken tail light). They said they would order the new part and call me when it came in. I also told the fellow who answered the phone that the telephone number on the quote I had received was wrong. I had to look their number up online in order to make the call. He seemed very disinterested in that fact. I called them a month later as I hadn't heard anything. The girl who answered the phone that time said that their computers were down. She took my name and number and assured me she would call me back later that day as soon as the computers were working again. I had to call again the next day. The part was in and I scheduled an appointment but the longer I thought about it the less inclined I felt to give them my money. I cancelled the appointment and am making arrangements to go somewhere else. I shouldn't have to chase them down to give them my business. read more
