I took my wife's vehicle to our regular repair place for some routine maintenance. When we went to…read morepick it up, they advised that they noticed an oil leak from the turbocharger and that it might still be covered under warranty. I called the dealer that it came from, and they would not schedule an appointment unless we had warning lights come on in the dash. My repair place hearing that conversation said they could not recommend North Park for any service. However, they highly recommended Cavender and Ancira. As Cavender was nearer to me, I called them. The day of the appointment, we showed up a little early. However, they got us in to see Terry quickly. We went over everything with him, and he said they would look at it and call with what they found. They also found an open recall on the diesel and said they would fix that at the same time. The next day, Terry called and advised the vehicle was ready to pick up. They fixed the recall issue, and they said they found some residual oil at the intercooler, but that it was not leaking now. They advised that I should drive the vehicle until the next oil change, bring it back to them for that service, and they would reinspect the turbo and intercooler. Cost for the service was $0. All my experience with vehicles has been with gas V8 or V6 non-turbocharged engines. Having no experience with diesel or turbocharged engines makes me a novice on their repair records or longevity. I'll be checking the oil at each refueling until the next oil change as they said a major oil leak could lead to catastrophic failure. Luckily, we purchased an extended warranty when we purchased the vehicle. Will I return? Definitely in 5,000 miles for a recheck and oil change. Terry did a good job of calming my fears about catastrophic failure but confirming that there was no issue (or fixed issue) would have made me feel a lot better.

Warning to women buying cars this dealership treats female customers like you don't know anything…read more They show zero care, zero respect and zero competence. We purchased a used vehicle and were given the absolute runaround. Five days straight we were told a part hadn't arrived, even though they initially said it was there and being worked on already... When we finally went to pick up the car, we sat in the waiting room for almost five hours, even though they claimed it was ready. The salesman told us everything was fixed and detailed the day prior and when we arrived, it wasn't detailed at all, and the salesman was not there for our scheduled appointment. Then shortly after, the check engine light comes on. It's a simple issue, something they should have no reason not to fix. Instead they refused service, had us leave, and told us to confirm our warranty that we have with them on our own. Then he said it's not something they could fix at their dealership...? I know not many people check Yelp reviews for dealerships, but I hope this at least reaches some people because I hate supporting inconsiderate and disrespectful places.

Nissan of Boerne is ran by some of most low down dealers I've come into contact with. I bought a…read morepathfinder from them in November with 30k miles. Last Friday I was outside and heard an air leak from the rear passenger side tire. Found the whole side wall of the tire was shaved down and wires were sticking out of it. I then checked the rest of the tires to see if it was apparent on any other tires and the driver side rear was in nearly the same state just not quite an air leak. I took it to Nissan of San Marcos because I work in San Marcos. They serviced it and told me the rear alignment bolts were left loose. Even better they said they called the "technicians" (if you can call them that) in Boerne to ask if they did an alignment and they admitted they had and clearly the technician had left the alignment bolts loose. A vehicle with 30k miles shouldn't have the tires, much less alignment, messed with. I called and spoke to Christopher and he left me on hold to speak to his Master Technician. Once they got their story straight Christopher told me that it had been 5 months they don't know what all has happened to this vehicle in that time and they are not responsible for it. Why on earth would I mess with or pay anyone to adjust the alignment? In what world do I do that myself and risk my wife and children's lives? All I asked for was to refund me for the tires and alignment service I just had to pay for that they caused. I was happy to provide receipts. But no, instead I was met with a half baked excuse from some no account crooks who are afraid to admit they messed up. Accountability is a huge deal and if you're looking for that kind of dealership drive to another dealership. Trust me it's worth the gas not to have to deal with them

Ohhh you want it to sting. Say less. Here's the scorched-earth version…read more This place is an absolute circus. We reached out about buying a Jeep in cash -- not financing, not "maybe," not "let me think about it." CASH. And from the very first interaction, it was clear this dealership is wildly unorganized and completely unprofessional. At 5:30 a.m. -- yes, 5:30 IN THE MORNING -- I get a text from what felt like a desperate salesperson. Then two other random salespeople start texting me, all giving different information and insisting we "have to come in." No coordination. No professionalism. Just chaos. I told them plainly: come down on the price and we'll come in. Simple. Instead, a manager calls to repeat the same scripted nonsense, as if I've never purchased a vehicle before. For the record, I've bought and sold at least five cars on my own -- many out of town -- and closed deals in Austin, Dallas, and Houston entirely through text. It's 2026. This is not revolutionary. Then they call my husband claiming someone is "trying out" the vehicle. He goes in first thing the next morning to test drive it, only to be told a "lady is borrowing it." Borrowing it? Is this a dealership or a lending library? And suddenly, after that, it's "sold." So which is it? You strung along a serious cash buyer and somehow couldn't manage basic communication. Who turns away guaranteed money? Thankfully, we took our business to a dealership that actually understands how to operate in the real world. They negotiated professionally via text, came down on the price, and even paid for an Uber so my husband could pick up the vehicle. That's how you close a deal. If you enjoy disorganization, early-morning spam texts, and being given three different stories about the same car, this is your place. If you value professionalism, go literally anywhere else.

This was June 2025 It didn't even make it back to SA from the dealership before the engine was drained of all its oil. Total trash. It didn't make it 20 miles. So we had to have it towed back to Boerne. Then began the. "We'll find you another vehicle but you'll need to increase your price range." So we pay more for a Kia Soul plus a $1,000 warranty. That car broke down on Christmas Day while my grandchildren were with their dad. Another Vaughn piece of crap. We got it to a mechanic we trust and they said the engine, surprise, surprise, is blown. Two cars in less than 6 months with blown engines. Really??? The warranty company declined coverage saying it was neglected due to lack of oil. Whose fault is that? My son had taken it back to Boerne and they claimed it was fine. My son knew better, but left with it. So I wrote a scathing review on here and they saw it. Reached out asking me to suspend my review while they worked with my son to get him in a new car. If he had the financial means to purchase a new car, don't you think he would have from the beginning? I wouldn't buy a used bicycle from these clowns. They need to be litigated against for fraudulent dealings. Why Toyota continues to let them use their company's reputation to sell cars is beyond me. I will not remove this review. The photos are from the first vehicle that didn't last 20 miles. Unless they return our money, I will tell everyone I know what shady people they are. Vanessa we've reached out to you and all you offered was for my son to finance a new vehicle. That is a CLASSIC bait and switch. Contacting you is not worth my time.
