Overall excellent service. I have used them now twice on Sunday mornings. Able to drop my car off and walk over to the gym. They have been prompt with the service and done correctly. Got a recent full synthetic oil change that was a little more expensive than other places but definitely worth the convenience for me. Love that they don't hard sell you on additional services. NEVER!!! Take your car here or let older family members come here. My grandpa brought one of the cars in for an oil change, 130 dollars?!? Ridiculous. They didn't put the right oil in, and it was a quart low when I checked the dip stick. Manager claims the coolant was empty, it was not, I check it regularly. He upcharged my grandpa 200 dollars for the coolant to be drained/refilled... my AC no longer works, there's a new knocking noise & who knows what other new issues will occur. Absolutely disgusting business predatory business practices. Stay away from the Boerne Jiffy Lube. They proved to be scattered and inept. Once I checked in I was informed that they didn't change my oil filter the last time I was there. They never informed me of that and how could they could have let that happen was a shock. I continued to wait for 40 minutes while my car just sat outside. When I went outside to see what was causing the delay, the manager and all of the employees were either sitting down on their cell phone or were outside the building. None were working on any of the vehicles. My experience at this facility has been on the decline for the last 18 months. I will not be returning. My advice is save yourself the time and money and go elsewhere. read more

I read the more recent reviews but thought surely this location cannot be that bad - yet it is true, this location is just that bad! It was 7:30a, I was the only person waiting. I noticed several staff in the shop. Another vehicle showed up after me, but staff not paying attention waved them in first. Then asked me what I needed - I was there for a vehicle inspection. Staff indicated I needed to move to another section of the shop and wait... and wait... and wait. After ten minutes I went elsewhere, and before wasting your time you should go elsewhere too. read more

I stopped here to have my oil changed. They were quick but did not refill my windshield wiper fluid. Disappointing since they said they did and I was driving to Colorado the next day with my family. I suggest you check your fluids before driving away. read more

After reading the negative reviews, I thought it couldn't possibly be that bad...this location IS BAD! I was asked by a worker what type of oil change I needed. I replied, high mileage, he says ok. It'll be another 15 mins before we can see you. 30 minutes later, a different worker asks the same question, I give the same answer. He then says, "oh sorry sir, this location doesn't carry high mileage oil. After wasting 45 minutes of my time all I hear is "yea, we're sorry, but we can get you a full synthetic change for $100" Y'all are done! Telling my friends and family to go elsewhere! The initial staff there are awkward and rude. Just went for a state inspection and the staff absolutely lacked any charm or personality. The first guy would literally stare through you and the next guy just yelled at you. No signs anywhere, yet he hollers at you where to go like your a child. Not saying this is a bad place, but these guys belong working under the car. The guy that actually did the inspection and the guy that checked us out were really nice. Requested vehicle inspection, and I was told it would only take 20 mins, only one car in front of me and two cars in the other bays. Took over an hour to finally get it done, the main manager or person in charge was on his phone and eating food in the garage. Understandably if he was on break but he was working while eating. I took my 67 mustang Fastback there 3000 miles ago. I went back to get oil change and they would not service my car anymore! Hmmm! I had the car shut off right after that. I don't drive it much, luckily I have a fail safe that if the car gets took hit power stops and shuts off engine! Thought it was electrical. Seriously guys, I understand you're paying for more than the supplies (which could cost as little as $30 if you shopped around at all) but it's hard to believe you aren't taking advantage of people who don't know any better. Please people, shop around and don't spend $120 on an oil change that you can get elsewhere for $50 on sale. I moved back home in 2021 and Jiffy Lube in Boerne has been my go to maintenance crew. the manager Javier us patient and gentle with his customers. I've watched him multi task teaching six new employees and working the register with a sense of calmness. Been here several times , the last 2 were not so good. Waited in line for a bay for 10 min before pulling out to leave before some one ran out to greet me . Had several employees walk by me w/o any acknowledgement. I was told I had a 20 min wait 50 min ago and my truck has not been touched. Not jiffy and so far no lube. I wont be back , sad to say the gmc dealer is probably faster. I understand places get busy but there are ways to Deal with that by making sure the customer is greeted promptly and told what to expect so they can decide whether the wait is worth it. I don't understand any of these bad reviews. The staff here is very informative and friendly. I came in for just an oil change and they suggested other services put were never pushy. Got me in and out in 15 minutes. They accepted my coupon and even vacuumed out some dirt in my car too. Excellent service and super efficient. read more

Not really sure what's happened here. Been coming here for almost five years for corporate car service. Always had a lot of turnover but excellent managers. Now it's a mess. Help yelling at each other, throwing stuff around like kindergarteners. They need adult supervision and a good cleaning. Oil changes were like 45 min but with all the juvenile play, it's doubled. Not certain what is going on at this location but last week it took eight hours for a break job on my son's truck and my 17 year old son and his 18 year old buddy finally had to tell the man working how to do it and help him or we probably would have still been there. Now, today, we took another truck in for inspection and the young man stated he couldn't inspect the truck because the window tint was too dark. Mind you this is factory tint, with the official sticker on the windows and it has passed inspection four years previously.
