I can not say enough about A&E Classic Cars. I bought a 1967 Camaro RS from them a couple years ago. The put the car on the rack so I could look under the car and see the true shape of the car. When I scheduled to come pick the car up, they told me to wait an extra day. The owner had driven the car, and noticed that the power steering pump was making a little noise. He said it may not be a big deal, but they replaced the pump for me AT NO COST. Great service and awesome support. I took the car back to them a year later to install Vintage AC in the car. They did a perfect install, even cutting the metal dash to accommodate the chrome vents. They even sponsored my car club's annual car show. I will buy my next classic car from them, and I highly recommend them to all my friends.

After years of peeking on their website and dreaming, I finally got to stop in and sho nuff got the same "stiffy"!!! Beautiful cars!!! Very clean shop & cool staff!!! They didnt have a 71 Chevelle on display(my #1 dreamcar for the moment) but had others to satisfy the primal muscle car senses. No more new fangled sissy cars for me my friends, since Ive rid myself of my 06 G35 Coupe, I have turned my head from all the sensors, bells & whistles...yea f all that!!! I dont want a damn thing electronic..just all manual & all engine!!! And it shall be soon!!!

I was looking for a very specific piece: White Dodge 3500, crew cab, 4x4, 2012 or older (*pre DEF fluid) HO Cummins, Automatic, low mileage (@100k or less), 40/20/40 front seat, and then must pass my visual inspection. and it did, almost, more below ;) DOUG NAILED IT! He looked and looked, found me the exact truck at another lot. I came down, and knew I liked the truck. while walking around it, noticed some condensation in both headlights. fast forward a few weeks after they had cleaned it up, and I took delivery, I noticed during rain and car washes, the condensation continued relatively regularly. Long story short, one phone call to Taylor, a few days later drive down, and met Coby, service manager. Coby was AWESOME! I came in, was introduced to him, he walked out looked at it, and asked me to schedule another day, he wasn't expecting me. When I explained how I had scheduled this day, he handled it like a pro, and made me feel great about my decision to do business there. Service after the sale is paramount! I prepared for a few hour wait, settled into the customer wait area and working on my laptop. No sooner than I finished a few emails, Coby returned keys in hand, big smile, and says "It is all ready to go Mr. Adams!" ... I was blown away. Hands down I will be a loyal advocate, and it is no wonder people drive so far and wide to buy from this great family owned company! Great Job to the ENTIRE team at BLUEBONNET Certified!!! Happy Customer, John and Meme Adams

I'll start by saying that I had a unbelievably amazing experience at this dealership. I've had my…read morenew truck for a week now and it's been nothing but pleasant. On the Saturday of my purchase I had been to 5 different dealerships and received the same pushy greedy behavior that you'd expect in a car salesman. Very unwanted and while at another dealership in San Marcus waiting for a truck that they were advertising (it wasn't even there) I was looking at a 2020 F-150 from this dealership in New Braunfels. I called the location and got connected to the BEST salesman I could have asked for, Doug. Doug was very professional, personable, friendly, and just flat out helpful. When connected to him he was able to locate the vehicle to make sure it was there to look at unlike the other location I had just been to. When my dad and I arrived Doig had brought the vehicle to the front so it was easy to get to. Once I went for the test drive and looked over the vehicle I was very happy and ready to purchase. I was anxious because I had never purchased a vehicle before and had not had any good experiences up to this point. Doug made it very simple and easy to understand what I was needing to do, he helped me with my trade in and got it as close to my desired trade in amount as possible which other locations wouldn't bother to do. The finance guy Mr. Ramirez was also very helpful, he made everything simple and pointed out and explained everything I was signing. Thank you so much Doug for the amazing service a pleasant experience with buying my first truck. I will recommend you to anyone I know that is needing to get an new vehicle.

The finance department here is absolutely horrible. I bought a brand new Sportage. One would…read morethink that Kia has a strong 5 year warranty and a 10 year powertrain warranty. The showed me some verbiage from the owner's manual which they implied means that after 12 months, most things won't be covered!! After hearing that and being fearful, I bought the extended warranty. The next day, I dug into the owner's manual myself and found the portion they referred to is under a limited liability section which clearly states that if the item is normal wear and tear or is damaged due to customer inflicted damage/neglect, THEN the warranty is not valid...that is essentially what every single manufacturer says. Of course they aren't going to repair stuff a customer broke or brakes that will eventually wear down. That is completely different than the fear based tactic they initially pushed of most things won't be covered after 12 months so you need an extended warranty. After informing myself, I contacted Finance department to cancel the extended warranty. The emailed me a form that I had to fill out and send back to them. I completed and sent back the form on May 22, 2026. After not hearing from them after a month or so, I decided to follow on June 29th. As of today July 1st...absolutely no response. I called the extended warranty company and they confirmed they have not received anything from the dealership. Needless to say, I was pretty upset...bunch of crooks. To add insult to injury, my car already has a check engine light on with 2300 miles! Call service department and they can't get me in til next week AND loaners are not automatically provided. Have to wait 3-5 days for a tech to diagnose before a loaner is offered (if available). How am I supposed to get back and forth to work with that crappy service? A new vehicle shouldn't have check engine light within it's first few weeks. They should consider that and try their best to make the situation right. There's a reason they have such low reviews on here...I tried to get service at other Kia dealerships in the area for the check engine light and they have the same BS loaner process and slow to diagnose when the Kia app already provides the code.

Where do I start? As it turns out, I still might buy a car here just because of my circumstances…read more BUT, I have to say that I hate dealerships with uneducated, pushy salespeople. My sales guy was ok, but didn't really listen to what I had to say. I'm really an easy sell but don't get pushy and try to make me do things that I don't want to do. I love the carmax approach...While it isn't the cheapest way to buy a car, you don't have to do the back and forth thing with the sales manager just so you don't get screwed. Anyway, the finance guy was cool and comfortable but I really hate the sales process at places like this. Long story short...the only reason I would be buying this car here is because they had exactly what I wanted. But I don't even think I am getting a totally fair price. Beware of pushy salesmen.

Dear Management, I…read moream writing to express my disappointment with several recent experiences involving your dealership. Approximately one month ago, my family negotiated the purchase of a vehicle and completed the necessary paperwork in advance. When we arrived to finalize the transaction, the agreed-upon terms had changed from what had previously been discussed. As a result, we left without purchasing the vehicle. About a week later, we decided to move forward despite the changes because we still felt it was a reasonable deal. We arrived with financing pre-approved and most of the required paperwork already completed. What should have been a straightforward transaction instead took nearly eight hours to complete. During that process, information was misplaced, documents had to be resubmitted, online forms had to be completed multiple times, and paperwork had to be redone in person. It was, without question, the most inefficient vehicle purchase experience we have ever encountered. More recently, we became interested in a used vehicle listed by your dealership. We specifically requested a copy of the inspection report before making the trip to the dealership. We were told it would be provided the following day. Instead, we repeatedly received requests to "come in" without receiving the information we had requested. A few days later, we were informed that the vehicle had been sold. When we explained that it was the only vehicle we were interested in, we were later told that it had not actually been sold and that there had been a mistake. Since then, we have continued to receive inconsistent information. The common theme throughout these interactions has been poor communication, lack of follow-through, and an apparent focus on getting customers physically into the dealership rather than providing the information requested. Mistakes can happen, but the repeated inconsistencies and inefficiencies have significantly diminished our confidence in your organization. I am not writing simply to complain. I believe management should be aware of how these experiences affect customers and the reputation of the dealership. We wanted to do business with your organization, but the process has been unnecessarily frustrating from start to finish.
