Hunter was able to single-handedly take the stress of relocating to a new city, down several notches. I originally bought the building with their financing however I have never received my payment book or email from corporate. I will be paying the building in full by the end of this month. When I contacted corporate regarding purchasing a building I was told Leonard had just purchased Cook's buildings and they (Leonard) were working through the acquisition issues as well as prior employees destroying electronic files. I found out today the acquisition was two years ago. My original delivery was never scheduled. The driver contacted me that he was on his way with my building nor did he want to move my original building as was agreed to during purchase and put in writing. I was then told my delivery was going to be one of two days Leonard would pick to which I gave the ultimatum either my day or refund my money. My building has finally been delivered but not without undue delays. Buyer beware Leonard is NOT an upstanding company. I've seen, through a microscope, single cell amoeba exist with more efficiency.

I can only assume this place is only interested in making cash off shady finance deals. The last time I called and asked why no employees will help make this transaction happen or call back, his only question was "do you plan on financing with us?" When I said "no, cash" once again... nothing. Never dealt with a company that had no interest in working with cash paying customers. Most unprofessional group of out-to-lunch guys ever.
