Two men came the same day I called and determined the problem quickly and resolved the situation thoroughly. They could have performed all sorts of activities to run up a bill and taken advantage like others have done. I would have not been the wiser. The issue was simple. The bill reflected it's simple solution with a service call fee. They even cleaned up some of the iron shaving that came from the under the concrete pipe that caused the backup to occur.
