They followed thru-Cody and Jack arrived a couple hours later, diagnosed issue, presented three different solves at various price points and offered guidance on plus/ minus of each. The job took less than 2 hours, and we were charged $946. In other words, $500 per hour for labor. Seriously? Does Embrich charge everyone $500/hr.? Extremely disappointed in this and made me question their claim to "integrity". If you are considering using them, beware of outrageous price tags!

Rick and Josh from Alpha came, saw, and concurred the problem. Boss also came a bit later to assist. They had to remove a toilet and snake out the pipe that was causing the clog and overflow problem. They checked the outside pipes for other issues but thankfully, there were none. They were prompt, kind, friendly and got things done in 2.5 hrs and the charge was less than expected.
