Hire them at own risk. I was referred to them by a lending company. After talking with them, they…read moresaid (and i have the email to prove it) that they can get all our negative items removed and get us 100 pt jump in our score in their 90 day program. So we paid them the $600 fee. 90 days goes by and 1 item was removed from our credit. then they send me another invoice for $350 for an additional 90 days. I argued with them because that was not the agreement. They then decided to keep working on our file until everything was finished. It's been 7 months, a total of 2 or 3 items were removed that had very little impact in our score. Maybe a 15 pt jump is all. I get a phone call stating they are finished with our file and only the big banks were left to have removed and if we wanted that done it would be another $350. No way. So now we our out the money. The job wasn't done like originally agreed to and we are now paying those accounts off. We could've had these accounts paid off in the amount of time that we wasted waiting for these things to come off our credit.
