I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Dr. Rifai and his clinic. I underwent a chin implant procedure and the results were not only unsatisfactory but also harmful. The implant was misaligned, positioned too high, and caused significant nerve pressure, leading to ongoing discomfort. Despite being assured that my requested square-shaped implant would be used, my CT scans proved otherwise, showing clear discrepancies between what was promised and what was delivered. To make matters worse, my medical records were falsified, and attempts to address the issue with Dr. Rifai and the clinic were met with gaslighting and deflection. Even after raising these concerns with evidence, including CT scans, I was ignored or given vague responses. This lack of accountability and professionalism is unacceptable. I now have no choice but to spend over $25,000 for revision surgery to fix this botched procedure. This entire experience has been a nightmare, and I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for cosmetic procedures. Do your research and choose a qualified and transparent surgeon who prioritizes patient care and safety. I've attached my CT scan photos showing how misaligned and high my implant is and how it's directly sitting over my facial nerve and it's clear the shape of it is opposite of what I requested. Please make sure you're informed of severe side effects of getting filler in your Face. I was aware of potential bruising, pain, swelling. I was not aware that I could experience vascular complications that could leave me disfigured. I should've been seen right away to dissolve the filler rather than leave me in agony throughout the weekend which led to multiple ER visits and expensive medical bills. He finally saw me 72 hours later and dissolved what what's causing me severe swelling and bruising. The surgeon did not refund me the money from this traumatic experience as I now need to get treatments for the scarring I have left. Please Please be cautious. read more

So far, I have just checked in. The office is meticulous. Everything is very clean and nice. The receptionist was very friendly. Ashley was fantastic, she took the time to understand where I had some problematic areas and there was NO pressure to buy more or purchase something else. She made it clear that I could go ahead with the procedure or opt out and I respect that because sometimes, other places can pressure you into doing something you don't want to do. This wasn't the case at all. The professionalism and courtesy portrayed here was amazing. I initially was thinking that I was out of place but they were welcoming. They also got me taken care of for a future appointment and let me know all the details I was going to need for the botox. The injections didn't even feel like anything. It wasn't as painful as plucking out an eyebrow hair. Threading and waxing definitely hurts more, I was done in less than two minutes. I'm so excited to see my results in a few weeks. I will most definitely be coming back for more procedures, they had a variety of treatments that sounded interesting. read more

The office texted and called me while I was at work to ask me to come in early (I'm assuming because I was the last appointment of the day) and the injector was basically standing in the hallway waiting for me. He didn't introduce himself or try to make me comfortable even though we had never met. I asked for masseter Botox injections for teeth grinding and the injection hurt so badly I actually saw stars and started crying. His response: "they're going to think I punched you!" What?? He also gave me forehead Botox and I explained I wanted to leave some movement as I'm expressive. It's been about two weeks and there's a large bulging muscle above my eyebrows. I either need to go get more somewhere else or just let it wear off. I'll be seeing a doctor next time. read more

I've gotten both Botox & Filler at this facility and have loved the results. After seeing my friends lips I knew I had to go where she went and my results have lasted over a year now and still look amazing. Also, I've been silly where I've asked to do things like filler in my under eye or my chin dimple and they have been very kind in discouraging me from doing so. I like that rather than pressuring a sale they honestly have had my best interest at heart. As for reviews that have complained about front desk staff not being the nicest, honestly I've been to a couple different places, BCS being my favorite, and the front desk staff at the other facilities were not any nicer or more warm in comparison. I had to wait almost half and hour to be seen when I arrived for my scheduled consultation; to me that's a long time. Also, prior to my appointment, I was told by the receptionist there would be no charge. Then I was called back into an office with the assistant (after consultation), and was told there would be a $75 charge! I was shocked and very uncomfortable. She eventually agreed to wave it, but was very abrupt with ending our conversation..no smile, no thank you..have a nice day..nothing!! The first time I went in I loved it. I had a great rn and I wan in and out of there in no time. She answered all my questions and the botox was done lickety split. When I came back it hadn't worked so well. I had someone new who lectured me about the time line allowed for touch ups. Her personality wasnt great. I asked about teo very different treatments. One I knew I would benefit from and one I wouldnt. She said oh yeah you need both of those. She was cold and had tiny little dollar signs in her eyes. Most importantly the lines are STILL THERE. RE: Phone call I didn't physically go in. They were running a Groupon special and I called to see how the offer worked. Well, the lady who answered the phone at the Southfield office was rude because I was asking her questions about the deal, but instead of being nice to help me understand, SHE HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME!!!! WHAT???? I thought Groupon was to help the business gain more clientele, it defeats the purpose to be rude on first contact. I did call another one of their offices and spoke to a manager. In her defense and on behalf of the establishment, SHE was VERY NICE and said she was sorry ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED and that she would take care of the matter. I appreciated her kindness, although the damage was done. Whomever the lady was that I spoke to the first contact, I couldn't recall her name, and although she was rude, I don't want her to lose her job or anything. It's just that, she should know better. Really. I don't want to distract from their business because of one girl's lack of decorum. I don't want to discourage new clients. I just hope for the next person that calls with questions and she gets the phone; she will be kind. I wasn't rude with her, I just wanted to know more info. Clean, upscale lobby area. Friendly staff, quick to serve you for appointments. I went there for several facials. I have a few suggestions/things I didn't particularly enjoy. One of which was the music they had playing in the room where the procedure took place. They had loud country music (which I don't like at all) playing, and I found it hard to relax. I asked the esthetician Mariya to turn it down/off and she did right away. The walls are also very thin in this office, so if you are there to relax and get away from noise, distraction, drama, this might not be the ideal place. I was able to relax and not pay attention to the noisy office staff next door with a client, but still it was a bit off-putting. On a positive note, Mariya is VERY knowledgeable, gentle, polite, and she truly cares about you. She pays attention to what you tell her (about your skin, products you use, issues you've had in the past with your skin etc) and is very professional. I would recommend this location for facials, but you should realize it's not completely sound proof, or like other facial places. read more

Save your money, the service is not by a physician, there is no physician to be found, the treatment came out very uneven and I now have to go pay another office to try to even out the terrible outcome. Everyone is nice, but the service was terrible and they run very behind, so plan on spending way more time than you anticipate waiting and your service will be over in a big hurry, the injections are not carefully placed or measured out to put in equal parts to your face, you will look worse than you did before the treatment, find another place or live with the wrinkles. read more

I came in to get my smile lines filled. I'm still young and they aren't terrible all the way down (just in the nose fold) so I asked if I needed the whole syringe. He looked kind of annoyed, I'm guessing bc didn't want to have to do another area for the price of one, and told me he needed the entire thing. I really just wanted to make sure the one thing was being done right. The first side felt fine, minimal pain. But he went all the way past my lower lip where I didn't think I needed fill. The 2nd side I could tell he had a lot more than half left in the syringe and decided to push the rest in very fast anyway! I felt the pace get a lot faster and then felt a huge pop in my skin! The results are not that my smile lines are filled - They are now protruding forward from my face. My side profile isn't a smooth line from my chin to my cheek, it's a bump in the middle from the extra filler that did not need to be there. Afterwards he quickly told me not to worry, its swelling that will go down. Well it wasn't. It stayed. He could've used less than half of what he used. Now I'm going to have to get my cheeks done, that did not need to be done previously, to even out the bump he put on my face as my job has me in front of cameras.
