Meanwhile, I've seen other patients sitting in the waiting room for hours for the doctor, and that seems to be totally fine. The double standard is unbelievable. You're made to feel like they are the boss of you instead of being a paying patient. The arrogance and lack of respect are just beyond words. Avoid all great expression locations!

They said they will apply it to a future bill if I get services through them. Also, even though my current dentist is at another Great Expressions office, I was informed that they will not accept my current x-rays and I would have to have more taken. I am not opposed to paying for services rendered, but this seems greedy and desperate. I'm sure I can find a more ethical business elsewhere.

Cash payment He did xrays and gave us a huge estimate for an extraction which was the diagnosis he came up with. He preferred cash and landed with us on half the price for a cash deal. We venmoed him the money and he assured that he'll do a excellent write up so we can recuperate our payment. Procedure He was extremely rough with extraction so much so that my head was moving from side to side during extraction. Xrays after procedure taken at another clinic show the bone wall busted and major trauma and destruction on the location because it was done violently. (He overnums you so so you wouldn't feel the distruction during procedure) After procedure He would not take calls to send us medication. He finally sent it after two days. He didn't send us the bill nor trays he took during our visit.

My dentist referred me to Dr. Wolf. His staff got me in right away, and the extraction took very minimal time. He really explained everything in detail as to what he was doing. I like that he tells you what to expect in your recovery. He had to do quite a bit of drilling, because my crown was older, and the bone had grown around it. I recently went to him again, to have another extraction. I hadn't seen him in a year. He recognized me and gave me a big hug. I would reccomend him to anyone. He went over the procedure thoroughly, that helped to start easing my concern for what was about to happen. The thing that I looked least forward to was the shot to numb my tooth and jaw. I don't know what he did but I experienced the most pain free shot I had ever experienced! Then he worked on the tooth itself, the next thing he said was we are done! Long Version: I felt this doctor lacked basic manners and was just after making an extra buck.When he entered he did not do the basic pleasantries of saying hello or any greeting. Straight to business. He asked: how long did your ear hurt? Me: 2 days He looked at my normal ear, never switched the otoscope disposable tip and went in to the infected ear. Granted, the first ear wasn't infected but cleanliness and basic hygiene would tell me to switch out the tip. He used the suctioning device to clear out a bit of my ear. "Can you hear better?" He asked. I told him yes but I still feel like there is still some liquid in my ear. He ignored what I said and told me to go with the nurse and get a hearing test. I felt this extra service was just thrown at me, when the most important thing I came for was done in a careless way. I asked the nurse if this was an extra service that would be an extra charge and she said yes. I told her I am not ok with this service. She kindly told the doctor. He seemed insulted by me rejecting another method of him getting extra bucks from his patients. I asked him, so, what is wrong with my ear? He said "I don't know yet, I didn't get the tests I wanted to done." Well, I'm no doctor but I come from a family of doctors and if one were to look at my ear, ask my my symptoms it might be easy to come to a conclusion as to what the issue might be. He walked out and made a prescription without explaining what it was, how to take it, and how to manage the pain and the care for the ear infection. It felt as if he knew he wasn't going to get any more money from me so he quickly sent me out to get to the other patient. The people behind the desk we're incompetent and lazy. They could not properly call in my prescription to the pharmacy of my choice. **update** I took the medicine I was prescribed (I called my mom who is a physician who told me the medicine prescribed is an antibiotic for a bacterial ear infection.) a week later I found out that I was misdiagnosed by him and I had to see a different ENT who instantly recognized the issue as being a fungal ear infection and thoroughly took care of the ear infection. Please, do not go to this doctor.
