He also ordered 17 boxes extra of flooring that he claims he can't take back so I'm just stuck with it. We are currently pulling up the cracked pieces to replace and found that he used cardboard to try and make it level. They also forgot a whole corner while installing. ​

I returned with the samples and we went over the numbers for an estimate. For the excellent quality of the hardwood flooring I chose, I was very pleased with the price, which included installation. Due to unforeseen problems with damage under the floor, I kept in touch with Mr Greg to let the team know that repairs needed to be made before the flooring was installed. He was patient and understanding, and he assured me that whenever I was ready to have the job done, just call and they'll schedule the installation. When I was finally able to call for the installation, I was promptly put on the schedule. Mr Juan did an amazing job! He was right on time for his 9am appointment, and I'm very impressed with his attention to detail. The frame around the marble of the fireplace came out beautifully, the new boards line up perfectly with the old wood flooring, and he masterfully avoided any damage to the very thin internet cable that goes through the floor. I think the mixture of emotions moving into your first home of fatigue, excitement and stress clouded my judgement. Scott offered to pay our high walls for only $250. That was a sweet deal especially since our bodies were sore from trying to paint ourselves. The paint we got was a LIGHT grey. He was so careless that he painted many parts of our ceiling with it. I had to correct him when he painted our kitchen ceiling with that color. I did not notice the many other parts he and his friend carelessly painted onto the ceiling until after he left. The did a half-ass job on patching the walls. Did not add second coats to the paint so you could see the old color through the new color. It just looked terrible. He said there was a "lifetime guarantee" on his work. When I tried to follow up with him to address the errors, he ignored my texts. I just gave up after several months of trying to contact him.
