Scott showed up to return the repaired furniture precisely on time on the promised completion date with the dresser and the nightstand. When he set it back down in the bedroom alongside the rest of the bedroom set, he acknowledged what we already new. The color was slightly off and the shine did not match. He immediately announced that he was taking the items back to his shop to achieve perfection. He returned the next day and the repairs were, in fact, done to perfection. As if that wasn't enough, while he was returning the furniture, I asked him about a small damage to our laminate wood flooring. He made the repair on the spot and did not ask for any additional money. He measured the moisture content in the sub-flooring and beams in the crawlspace and determined that we needed to cover/seal the bare ground in the crawlspace in order to lower the moisture content in the wood. He did not charge us for that consultation. We installed the vapor barrier in the crawlspace and had him come out again and complete the job. We felt totally comfortable leaving him keys to the house while we went to the mountains for a week. He communicated with us frequently via text/pictures and Facetime. The transformation of the floors is simply amazing. The natural color finish brought out all the beautiful variations in the old one and a half inch wide pine flooring. Couldn't be more pleased.
