I've called and been told they would come back out but have never showed. They also forgot the trim in the master bath. He also ordered 17 boxes extra of flooring that he claims he can't take back so I'm just stuck with it. We are currently pulling up the cracked pieces to replace and found that he used cardboard to try and make it level. They also forgot a whole corner while installing. ​

I returned with the samples and we went over the numbers for an estimate. For the excellent quality of the hardwood flooring I chose, I was very pleased with the price, which included installation. Due to unforeseen problems with damage under the floor, I kept in touch with Mr Greg to let the team know that repairs needed to be made before the flooring was installed. He was patient and understanding, and he assured me that whenever I was ready to have the job done, just call and they'll schedule the installation. When I was finally able to call for the installation, I was promptly put on the schedule. Mr Juan did an amazing job! He was right on time for his 9am appointment, and I'm very impressed with his attention to detail. The frame around the marble of the fireplace came out beautifully, the new boards line up perfectly with the old wood flooring, and he masterfully avoided any damage to the very thin internet cable that goes through the floor.
