I love to be read too and you can read a variety of books for free! The best bang for your buck! Really happy I discovered reading books again. Not sure why I ever slowed down. Collin County College is awesome! Simply need to go in person to apply for the card. It's so simple! It gives you access to ALL libraries in Collin county and the State of Texas. Everyone should have a library card! I wish more people would be interested in being part of a library. It's so cool to have access to knowledge. Be extraordinary and join any library across the country! The only draw back is they don't have audiobooks. Suppose students don't have time to read anything but text books! Having staff from my old high school nearby made me feel comfortable knowing there would be good guidance and discipline. This place can be stricter than most but learned to appreciate it as the kids are more ready for Elementary than other places can prepare them. The owners truly love their kids and try to incorporate all kinds of fun activities to make things have a different appeal. It definitely is an older place but I prefer that knowing it's been around a while and has good standing with the community. I think the owner has a great mindset & process of teaching kids. But for some reason my daughter was never fully comfortable & I got that eerie feeling too. I don't think we were here long enough to adjust (that's what they would say) but my daughter adjusted in other schools just fine in one week. Horrible experience! I was forced to write review after 30 days my daughter attended the school. I…read moredidn't write it right away because I couldn't really tell and the owner followed me to my car to remind me to write it; made sure i had to write 2 reviews one from me and another feom my husband with 2 different IP addresses so they could get more review. I gave 4 star due to small facility and the school closed 3 weeks for Christmas break and we still had to pay for whole month of tuition fee plus lunch money that is not inlcuded in the tuition fee. Keep in mind the tuition fee here is not cheap. The owner insulted me and threatened me to bring down the review because it brought down his overall review or he would kick her out of school. Dig deeper you will find another bad review about this school on yelps, maybe they can't delete it on there! It didn't stop there. A month later after I moved my 4 years old daughter to different school she told me a story at her old school that her teacher told her if she wouldn't eat with her mouth close she would duct tape her mouth under the carport.
