Ordered 2 Quesatacos, 1 Taco Dorado and a Friday Quesadilla Special that included an agua fresca. The agua fresca was the best thing of the visit. The quesadilla I received was burnt all on one side and the cheese was not melted at all. The remade it but the cheese was still not melted and was salty. The cheese on the quesatacos wasn't melted either. The "taco dorado" was as soft as the quesatacos. The cashier working on 05/08/26 at 4:00pm was rude and had attitude each time we interacted. I LOVE LOVE the queso tacos extra crispy, they are the best around. I would have given 5 stars but the new hires suck at customer service, no joke. Me and my best friend comes every week for taco Tuesday but their two new girls are rude so we actually stopped coming after 3 years. Located on Perris Blvd. my son wanted tacos so we went here to try their tacos. We ordered 6 regular tacos and it came with diced onions, cilantro and hot sauce. My family enjoyed the tacos. We came here looking for street tacos, but instead we ordered just tacos I forgot the kind of meat they had but it wasn't carne asada but we tried it anyways. We also order the pineapple juice. It's located in a shopping center off of Ramona express way, it's not hard to find. Walking in the place it wasn't too busy and I was able to get my order in fast. I used to love this place, but lately I feel like the food is just not it. Customer service has declined, cashiers seem to not want to be there, like they're doing the customer a favor. Meat is dry and consomé tastes bland, the amount of condiments is not consistent, they give you one of each per person and you might get enough for a taco in one baggie, if you ask for more, they give you attitude. The tacos, the quesatacos and the consomé are all flavorful and do not disappoint. I do recommend calling ahead and placing your order rather than going in and ordering there. On the weekends, you will be waiting for a while. The first time we went, they were a bit shaky with the pick up process. I think they have it down now, no issues with our orders. The quality and experience has worsened over the last few months. Business has picked up which is great for them but the food quality and taste has definitely diminished. The wait times are lengthy and customers have been noticed waiting inside without masks. The staff aren't as polite or welcoming. With COVID still affecting normal indoor dining, customers have resorted to eating in the parking lot and plaza. This has resulted in a disgusting mess all over. 2 years later and this place is much better! Now, they have birria noodles (aka the trendy birria ramen). The sides like onions/cilantro, salsa, pickled onions, and limes now come in a bag pre-filled so you don't have to deal with a messy salsa bar! We understand you probably have problems or not having a good day. But don't be rude to clients that have zero blame on what's going on in your life. After that I order myself with Giselle she was ok, and I asked for her coworkers name, then Jaquie turned around and answered me, then she said "why"? In an arrogant way. After that Jaquie continued with attitude, and even throwing stuff,trying to show me that she was mad. Her attitude shouldn't be acceptable. Especially to customers that are really being respectful.
