While the combos are more expensive and generously portioned almost to a fault, it's the best way to try several entrees at once. Be prepared to wait a bit for it on busier nights, but it's worth it! Ambience is clean but kind of what you'd expect for an older strip-mall Indian place. You go to New Paradise to eat a lot of good food and everything else is secondary. There's a large table for 8 in the corner by the big tv, booths along one wall and 2-4 person tables in the center. The big tv is usually on, blasting Bollywood music videos, but they turn it down if you ask. I also hear good things about their weekend buffet, but I haven't made it in yet. It's on my to-do list! This restaurant is about as far away from my Westside home as you can get, but I'll always jump at the chance to go to the east side to visit New Paradise Biryani Pointe. If you know anything about Wichita and how much Westsiders hate going east, this is pretty big praise! Definitely recommend.

When I contacted the restaurant, the response was not helpful. I was told that next time I come in, I could get extra complimentary rice. That does not really fix the issue because I was hungry at that moment and had already paid for the meal. If I had been told that rice was unavailable or not included, I would have ordered extra naan instead. I understand mistakes can happen, but the way this was handled was disappointing. I hope the restaurant improves both the food quality and customer service response in situations like this.
