Very shady company , I would not recommend them. I was transferred to them from another firm without any choice. Throughout the whole process I asked for emails with discoveries and updates. They never sent an email with any receipts or break downs of the costs and what they worked to reduced. Got me a minimal settlement, stay away from them. After I was rear ended, they conspired with the defense and made a VERY small settlement without my knowledge or consent and didn't tell me about it for 2 months. I pitched a fit & they rescinded it. The defendant was stoned when she hit me & had no memory or the accident. Bush wouldn't discuss this and I ended up with a pitiful settlement abt 10% of defendants insurance coverage. They have caused me tremendous hardship. They are conniving liars & don't even think abt hiring them unless u want to get screwed. One star is too much. I give them negative 1000. read more

My experience working with BishLaw has been absolutely TERRIBLE. I don't usually write reviews but I want to share my experience so you make the right choice and you avoid wasting your time and money. I got into a motorcycle accident in California, I was standing at a stop sign behind other cars when another car driver was approaching from the opposite direction towards me... This car driver (which happens to be a Lyft driver) was looking away and completely bumped into the front of my motorcycle knocking me down.. He also left before the police arrived..I hurted my knee pretty badly and my bike had over $6k damages.. (the easiest case in the world you would say right..?) I was referred to Bish law by a good friend and my experience working with them has been absolutely AWFUL to say the least... I was CONSTANTLY talking to different people, nobody would pick up the phone or return my emails to give me updates on the case..the lack of communication and support has been INSANE. After over 2.5 years waiting I found out they never accepted liability so they were not considering the property damage as liability. They handled the injury claim as a nuisance offer only for a ridiculously low offer... This is not even about the ridiculously low settlement that I never received for a legitimate case or the crazy amount of time I spent chasing this company just to get someone telling me what was going on...The way this case has been handle by BISH law since was an absolute disaster and they were incredibly unprofessional to me. After reading some of their reviews it looks like I am definitely not the only one that had problems...my personal advice: do NOT work with Bishlaw, there're plenty of good companies out there that can help you. read more

There are a ton of PI attorneys in LA and Bish Cutting has got to be he WORST. They gladly took on my case, had me do all kinds of doctor visits, document submittal, etc. I was quick to complete everything they asked of me and whenever I asked what was the next step, they said they'd get back to me in 1-2 weeks with updates and where we'd go from there. After two months I would have to check in to see where things were at. No big deal, right? Wrong. This was my experience for 1 year. Empty promises, no clarity, or even basic insight, on what was going on and I'd have to chase them around just to hear any sort of status updates after months of silence. The lawyer assigned to my case left the firm and thus I was passed off to a new lawyer. At this point, I finally thought things would start moving forward as the statute of limitation was coming near and end. WRONG (again). Out of the blue, I received a letter stating my case was dropped. No explanation or courtesy call. When I called to ask what the reasoning was and what this means for my case, not a single person in that god awful company called back. Stay away from Bish Cutting. Rude, unprofessional, and uncommunicative. I now have to start all over with little time left on said statute of limitations. in 2019 I was struck by a car while walking across Pacific Coast Highway in Long Beach, California. My hips and pelvis were shattered and I have permanent nerve damage to my body and cannot walk despite 4 years of recovery, during my 40 days in the hospital (followed by two years in nursing homes) I called Larry H. Parker's law firm, after a year or so they turned my case over to Bish and Cutting...they did a great job (one of their attorneys did all the work NOT Bish or Cutting) and proved that the fault was 100% on the part of the LYFT driver who hit me, the case seemed headed for settlement with a large award for me. but the dimwits at Bish and Cutting did not realize that California limits liability on LYFT injuries, these so-called lawyers did not know that, so my settlement was very limited. The ICE QUEEN Ms. Cutting pretty much told me "TOUGH LUCK" and proceed to take a cut of my settlement which was 40% of which ended up being WAY more that I got! B&C was supposed to negotiate down the money demanded by the Medicaid people and the hospital where I was operated on...they did a piss poor job of it and they ended up taking almost double of what I got! I am not sure if they are dishonest or incompetent, but either way stay away from them. If Mindy Bish is a fighter it is only in an effort to take your money!!!
