UPDATE: Just three days after posting my review, the firm suddenly sent a lowball settlement offer of $1,500--this after previously convincing me, under false pretenses, to agree to a $15,000 settlement. No explanation, no phone call, and zero transparency about the full amount owed or any insurance payouts. It feels retaliatory and deceptive. This office has repeatedly shown a complete lack of ethics, integrity, and client advocacy. My case was clearly worth significantly more had they actually fought for me instead of pushing a quick, unjust resolution. I strongly urge you NOT to sign anything from this firm. If you're reading this, consider it a warning--TAKE YOUR CASE ELSEWHERE to a firm that will actually represent YOUR interests with care and professionalism. 33 months of waiting, only to be handed $1,500? The worst experience I've ever had do not do business with them. They do not follow through with what they should do. They'll wait a whole year before they try to do anything to help you basically your time will be up. I was in a vehicle hit and run called them and they had nothing to help me even with the insurance and license plate without proof of video they basically kicked me to the curve, after waiting for a year to see if they were ever gonna help me. When I decided to search for help, I did an ONLINE search for legal assistance. I was given six Legal references. Five contacted me immediately. I chose Jason Eisenberg, because when I got back to him, I realized he actually read what I had shared online on the Engine Search site. One attorney was anxious to tell me how good he was and he'd get me the best possible result. He asked questions that were answered, had he read my inquiry. Others asked details, but those things were already shared online too. One was a little farther than I wanted to travel too. She didn't have a reassuring voice. Jason, asked me what I wanted? This was including his father, Gary Eisenberg, I felt comfortable and confident I had a team that wanted to work with me. I liked feeling like I would become part of their family. I was needing a lot of help. Someone to help in my care as well as the hoops one needs to jump through to gain adequate restitution for injuries sustained. I was recommended to this Office by another Attorney. I talked to them and they had me go see there Doctors, (Chiropractor, Pain Dr). I was done with treatment after 4 months. This Office took another 8 months to total up my Medical Bills. They kept changing who I talked to to find out any updates. They did not Call me with Updates the Entire time and when I called for updates, she kept changing what was going on with my Case. She was very Dishonest. When I finally signed the Release, I asked when I could be expecting a Check, she said 2 weeks. I was short on my finances, and so I took out a Short Small loan based on the 2 week time frame. Well, that 2 weeks came and went, no Check but my loan was due. I ended up having to pay a huge Penalty. I also had to call her to find out what was going on. The Office Manager called me, because the girl I was talking to stopped talking to me. So then, the Office Manager told me the following week or the week after that, I could come pick up the check. Those 2 weeks came and went. Again, I had to call to find out what happened with the check. Excuse after Excuse. I waited another month, making it 9 weeks after I signed the Release. I finally went and picked the check up but Only because I called the other Insurance company and they told me they had mailed the check 3 weeks before. Mind you, I signed a Power of Attorney so they could cash the check. I'am Still responsible for the Small Loan which turned into a Huge Interest Loan. The Loan is now bigger then the Small Payout I received. In my Opinion they were very Dishonest, and or the Employees didn't know what they were doing. read more
