I have been waiting on a settlement check for a case against Bamboo Insurance that supposedly was closed, settled in December 2023. Called 2 weeks ago and was told they are waiting for Bamboo to cut checks, still waiting. Plus 40% of the payout is unheard of... doesn't leave client enough to resolve/correct the issue.
