I have been waiting on a settlement check for a case against Bamboo Insurance that supposedly was closed, settled in December 2023. Called 2 weeks ago and was told they are waiting for Bamboo to cut checks, still waiting. Plus 40% of the payout is unheard of... doesn't leave client enough to resolve/correct the issue. Average cost to represent a client in court is 33% in California... Bamboo Insurance has retaliated and increased home owners insurance which means mortgage payment has increased yet I haven't received a dime... read more

This so called professional business won't answer their phone. I have been calling and calling either no one answers or they transfer me to someone who's isn't in the office. Seems like no one is ever in the office.... in the past 7 months I have gotten 2-3 updates on my case. This is ridiculous. read more
