The staff was excellent and very helpful, however, there was a lady in there that felt it was the appropriate time and place to change their child's dirty diaper - in front of the customers! That caused me to determine it was the appropriate time for me go leave and get away from the foul odor. Not appropriate behavior or conducive to shopping. Buh Bye Envy!

After a minute, Autumn asked me if I was shopping for anything particular & instantly started suggesting items. It was great! She took the time to show me the new items they just received, showed me how the dresses looked on the models via their Instagram, got me a fitting room, and even helped with accessories. I also returned here to look for my wedding gown at the last minute (eloping), even though they didn't have much to choose in-store that I didn't get one from here, the staff was still very sweet. This store is probably the only nicest gown store I've been to in Valdosta (and be forewarned NOT to go to Lezlie's Bridal... they have the rudest service EVER). I would still recommend others to check out Only Options for any other formal attire, other savvy casual wear and also home decor. It's also at a very convenient spot in town so that you can go to the mall right after to find matching accessories and whatnot in the same day without feeling lagged from driving all over town.
