I was in the house and we do have an outlet outside. He complained about how long the deck was taking him and that he hadn't quoted me for that. He did not communicate during the entire project. He left parts of the project undone, areas still taped off, and trampled our plants. He said, what do you expect me to do? Levitate? I asked him to come back and inspect the project with us when he was done and he refused and argued with us on the phone. Do not use him. Very unprofessional.
