I slipped and fell a little over a month ago, landing on my face and needed a lot of work to get my front teeth fixed. I called first thing in the morning after this happened and Dr. Denis was able to take me in right away. After assessing my situation, he began work on my smile immediately. He made me feel so comfortable, I was nice and numb while he was working on me (my first visit took almost 3 hours). I was very upset about what had happened to my teeth and he put me at ease, explaining that he was going about helping me the same way he would if it was his wife in his chair. I've had about 5 visits in the past month and a half, with at least 2 more to go, but I'm looking as good as new. I recommend him to everyone I meet. Even friends who live in the city I tell to come down to the suburbs and see him. He has really made a situation that could be so painful and ugly be somewhat easy and comforting. She is not a pediatric dentist, but she is great with children. My daughter loved her so much as we were leaving she said, "I can't wait to go back!" Literally. We were looking for a dentist for a second opinion since the pediatric dentist I had gone to previously said my four year old daughter had two cavities, and that to fill them I would not be able to go back in the room with her, and that they would need to strap her down (something I was not going to allow to happen to my child). We went to see Dr. Mary Beth yesterday, and she was wonderful. She talked to my daughter and made her feel completely comfortable, then she explained everything she was going to do in a very calm way. She said that she only had one small cavity, and was able to fill it without using Novocain (so no shot). I'm so glad we went there. I was practically having a panic attack when picturing a dentist strapping my daughter down and drilling in her mouth. Everything was pleasant and presented in a non-scary way with Dr. Mary Beth.
