I ordered flowers online from outside of town for a relative's funeral. I was directed to this…read moreflorist via the funeral home's website. Once I checked their prices, which I found shocking... I looked at other florist in the area and found similar prices. I decided to use Englewood due to the connection with the funeral home. Their web ordering page kept reverting to the default for my sympathy card. Took me three times to get it correct, very frustrating. Originally, I added a tip, but on the bill they added so many service fees I removed it during one of the times I had to correct the sympathy message. They were kind to tell me that the flowers had been delivered on time, but for the $17.99 delivery fee plus a $7+ service fee, it was less than a pizza delivery service would do... for much less $. The flowers were the only ones at the service (people in Lawrence obviously know something I don't) and they were never placed with the casket (which is the funeral homes fault). My family who attended the funeral were on the look out for the flowers and of course they were a major topic of conversation. Once people found out I paid $120 for the bouquet with $39 in additional costs. They were all very verbal about telling me that I got ripped off. They all said the flowers looked like a $30 bunch from the grocery store in a vase. For next time... with a different florist. I'll not order online. I'll call and ask what is freshest and what can I get for the amount of money I want to spend. Or... I'll call a relative and have them pick up a bouquet from the grocery store.

A super cute toddler was being a toddler and accidentally bumped into something causing a piece of merchandise to break. The mother offered pay and Cindi made her pay an outrageous amount for an item. I would think that since this Mom was doing the right thing Cindi would have at least given her the price she bought it for. Instead, she treated this Mom horribly. I will never shop here again! I hope Cindi can learn from this review that accidents happen and she could be a bit kinder. The world needs more understanding and love.

However, picked something just so I could get something for the money I spent. I'd be damned if she was going to get my money and the returned product. It was the most unreal, horrible return program I have ever encountered. I've never been and will never be back. Love telling everyone how HORRIBLE the owner treats customers. Shop somewhere else, even if you have to pay more. It's not worth patronizing this wicked owner. Really.
