Just to let you know, most of these took our names and number but in the end didn't get back to us. Those that responded said they would be able to help us in the morning - not useful. Only Sandfly (thanks to Charlie) was able to respond. Within 10mins he arrived out our house and it was only a short time later that we were in our house. Recommend this service 100%

No one likes calling a locksmith. Always means something has gone wrong or you need changes that…read morewill likely be costly. We had to call one on a Sunday for a house lockout. Long story but let's just say there was immediate need to get in the house!!! (No, it's not what you think). Called Seth Green, the owner who said he could be there within 45 minutes. And he was! He started his magic right away and resolved the issue by drilling out a lock, replacing with a new cylinder keyed to existing key, and cleaned up the mess. It was a pleasure to talk with him as he worked. Such a nice, honest, and fair guy! For an emergency call on a Sunday I was expecting a very high price. I was shocked how reasonable he was. He explained what brand of locks we needed based on what locks were already in the doors. He also suggested that we could save money by purchasing the locks and hardware ourselves and then having him install them. He also explained by line item what the individual and total charge would be so there wouldn't be any surprises. We set up an appointment for today, and Kevin kept me apprised throughout the morning as to what his schedule was and when he would be arriving.
