Lovely coffee shop! The staff were so friendly and very enthusiastically welcomed us when we walked in! They have a lot of fun flavors for their coffee and I got a toasted marshmallow latte which was subtle but definitely marshmallow and really tasty! A nice pit stop on a day of wandering around Annapolis!

Stopped by yesterday to pick up an iced matcha. The iced matcha was out of this world truly! This coffee shop was PACKED. Best way to describe it was a chaotic coffee shop. It was a holiday weekend so the line was out the door, and people lined the interior as they waited for their beverages/food. Staff was welcoming and they write cute messages on their cups.

A nice location in the heart of downtown Annapolis, friendly service, good amount of seats inside, and a simple menu. I put a pin on their map wall since I live in Austin, TX. I ordered an iced almond milk latte with spiced brown sugar syrup. My mom got an americano and you could taste the quality. Happy to support 'a human rights movement disguised as a coffee shop' anytime :)

I had a great experience today. The vibe is so great and I love the message and cause they are supporting. Coffee is delicious. You can't help but smile when you are here. I also bought a t-shirt for my grandson TJ. He loves it.

LOOK WHAT I FOUND.....another Bitty & Beau's location! Like every other location, it is a unique coffee shop that employs beautiful individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. During today's visit, Heather tended to us and did a fabulous job. Heather's coworkers did an exceptional job, as well, with preparing our orders and it was fun noticing all of the happy customers throughout the shop. Be it the Bitty & Beau's in Annapolis or throughout the country, please give them some love and enjoy their wonderfully crafted products.

Bitty & Beau is such a wonderful concept. This is a coffee shop that hires intellectually disabled individuals to work in their stores. The Bitty & Beau name comes from the founder Amy Wright's two children of whom both were born with Down Syndrome. The first store opened in 2016 in Wilmington, North Carolina. There are currently 18 Bitty & Beau stores, across 11 states. I recently went to their location in Annapolis, Maryland. The inside is very cute with images of all of their locations. It was a bit dark, without any natural sunlight coming through. There was a young man named Max working here, there was no way you could miss him, even if you tried. He immediately yelled "Welcome to Bitty & Beau's, what can I get for you?" Long before I had a chance to even glance at the menu. He kept yelling, and said in five minutes he'll be leaving. I asked if he had lemonade. That didn't get me a response so I got an iced coffee. I also got some coffee beans to brew their coffee at home. This coffee was very tasty. It was pretty rich and flavorful! It was equally as tasty when brewed at home. While this is a wonderful cause that they're doing at Bitty & Beau's, a little more patience and kindness towards customers would be so much appreciated.

There is limited street parking which is free until 10am and then metered. The interior has a cool coffee hang out vibe. I love the mission of the organization to provide job opportunity to individuals with a disability. Everyone was friendly and we chatted prior to placing my order. I ordered an iced white chocolate mocha and while it wasn't the best I have had, it was decent and I think the coffee is good. I would come back.

It's a Nice coffee shop with a pleasant atmosphere, but unfortunately, the smoothie we ordered didn't meet our expectations.

This place will make you appreciate what they do! They have a great mission to change the way we think about people. They hire workers with disabilities and get them a job! The coffee is very good. The espresso is creamy and we'll balanced. The inside is decorated so nicely and they have thought of every touch. I highly recommend this place for their coffee and for their mission!

A wonderful welcome from the staff soon as you walk into thru the door. Grateful menu selection even if you are not a coffee drinker. A cool bar you can sit at and enjoy your drinks and snacks. Highly recommend this cool spot.

This establishment is awesome and we wanted to support because they hire people with intellectual disabilities and support the human rights movement which is why we stopped by. Ironically the "normal" employee who works there was UTTERLY RUDE and left us with disdain and walking out of there with a bad taste in our mouths. Didn't catch her name- long black hair ponytail and just bad manners and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Its 95 degrees outside- in the middle of an excessive heat wave- ordered two orders of 4 shots of expresso over ICE with almond milk in 24 oz cups. They put them in tiny cups with lids- it was still warm. Told them it was wrong. They rude girl threw our cups and poured them out - put them in a small cup not enough ice. Had to let them know again that there was not enough ice- wrong cups. She angrily shoved more ice into the smaller cups. Meanwhile all the other workers were kind and wishing us a good day. Learn your manners girl- those bad vibes won't get you anywhere.

    The right values.

They are definitely lighter on the sauce, so if that's your preference these are perfect. Personally, I like my wings a little saucier, so I would probably ask for extra sauce next time. The chicken itself was fried perfectly and the portion size was pretty solid. For my main, I got the buffalo chicken wrap with no buffalo sauce and it was amazing. The lettuce, guac, and pico all tasted fresh and paired really nicely with the breaded chicken in the wrap. My only complaint with it is they go pretty light on the guac and pico, so I wish there was a bit more of both. The pricing overall was fair too and didn't feel over the top for the quality and portions. The fries that came with the wrap deserve their own mention because they were phenomenal. Crispy golden brown on the outside with a soft, fluffy inside. Honestly, I'd come back just for the fries alone. I requested outdoor seating when making the reservation and they have a really nice outdoor section with a great atmosphere and view. They did a good job with the space they had, but the tables are pretty close together, so you can hear basically every conversation around you. The chairs were also a bit smaller and not the most comfortable for longer seating. Service was great all around. Our server was very polite and even helped my very undecided sister choose her meal. Everyone was friendly and it definitely feels like a nice place to bring friends or family. My only real complaint, and honestly this applies to a lot of places nearby, is the parking. It was pretty rough. Other than that, definitely a place I'd come back to.

I had a mixed experience overall…read more I ordered the chicken and waffles. The fried chicken had good seasoning and flavor, which I did enjoy. However, the chicken was breast meat and sliced thin, which made it come across as dry. I did tell the server I liked it and didn't go into much detail since she seemed very busy and I didn't want to add stress in the moment. Still, it's not something I would personally order again. The waffle situation was more frustrating. I initially received cornmeal waffles, but I had told my server ahead of time that I strongly avoid cornmeal. She said she would substitute them, so I was surprised when the plate came out with the original cornmeal waffles. I didn't realize at first and ended up taking a bite before noticing. I let the server know and she had the kitchen remake it. The replacement Belgian waffles were overcooked and dense, so they didn't really improve the experience. The butter though was genuinely delicious, just very rich and more of a holiday-style flavor than something I'd personally crave in warmer weather. I also had a basic cup of coffee made with Rise Up Coffee Roasters, which was $4.50. That felt overpriced for what it was. I could have walked right across the street and had a specialty coffee from the source for very little extra cost, which honestly would have been the better choice. Overall, the experience had some clear issues, especially with the waffle mix-up and consistency, but it wasn't completely disappointing. I just don't think I would personally order the same meal again.

I made a takeout order and got the crab cake omelette (w/ a biscuit) $18.29, legendary scone: Blueberry $3, single blueberry pancake $2.89, single maple bacon pancake $2.89, and single cinnamon roll pancake $2.89. - The crab cake omelet was my 2nd favorite as they surprisingly didn't skimp on the crab additions. The biscuit was just alright, but luckily it's best once combined with omlette to make a good sandwich. - The blueberry scone was probably my favorite, as it was pretty good. It was moist, fresh, and well done. - The trifecta of pancakes ranged from just okay to decent, and my ranking would go blueberry, maple bacon, and then cinnamon roll. For some odd reason, the texture of the cinnamon roll pancake was notably inferior to the other 2. Overall, my experience was quite a good one due to the scone and crab omelet delivering the most. -- #issa.cheatday
