Clean atmosphere, friendly staff, quick counter service, lots of seating options, and cool mural. Very simple menu but has everything you would want. Very neat that they use playing cards for ordering pick-up.

I really wanted to love Bitty & Beau's Coffee in Savannah. I mean really wanted to. This place is rocking a 4.8-star rating, so I walked in excited, optimistic, and fully prepared to join the chorus of praise. Expectations were high. Possibly unfairly high. But still... high. I ordered a latte with vanilla. First, the good news: the coffee temperature was solid. Not scorching, not sad and lukewarm. So far, so good. Then came the flavor. Or more accurately, the absence of flavor. The vanilla apparently decided not to show up to work that day. I don't know if it called in sick, got lost, or was added in spirit only, but I couldn't find it no matter how hard I looked. This latte tasted like espresso that once heard about vanilla from a friend of a friend. Now let's talk texture. A latte should be creamy, smooth, comforting. This one was thin and oddly textured, the kind of mouthfeel that makes you pause mid-sip and wonder if you accidentally ordered something experimental. I wasn't expecting a surprise quiz in my cup, but here we are. I tried. I really did. I wanted to talk myself into a higher rating. But when both flavor and texture are off, there's nowhere to hide. And to make matters worse, this confusion in a cup came with a $7.17 price tag. Paying over seven dollars for a latte that left me disappointed just adds insult to injury. That's not "maybe it was an off day" pricing. That's "this better be excellent" pricing. So I'm landing at two stars in good conscience. A big letdown considering the glowing reviews and the expectations they set. I walked in excited and walked out wondering if my coffee and I were even on the same wavelength. I truly hope this was just an off moment, because based on the hype, this place can clearly do better. Unfortunately, today's latte did not get that memo.

This cafe is right in the downtown area. The coffee and service were good, and I love the mission of Bitty and Beau's.

Bitty & Beau's was a place that spoke to my heart. I've been planning to open a business similar for my son with Down syndrome. Love the vibe and the flow. Simple and efficient.

Had a wonderful visit to Bitty & Beau's Coffee. The service was warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming from the moment we walked in. The coffee was great, but what made the experience truly special was knowing we were supporting such a meaningful mission. It feels good to enjoy a cup of coffee while backing a business that promotes inclusion, dignity, and opportunity for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. A feel-good experience all around--I'll definitely be back.

The concept alone of this wonderful coffee shop that supports individuals with disabilities is so wonderful, but the coffee and adorably decorated shop were amazing as well. I had an iced chai latte, absolutely yummy, the service was great as well. I loved learning about their businesses concept while enjoying my coffee.

This is a perfectly quiet and comfy coffee spot in the heart of Savannah. I love their mission of being a human rights movement disguised as a coffee shop! The service is exceptional and the heart of their team members comes through everything they do! If you care about people and want to contribute to making a difference, stop in Bitty & Beau's! They have a worthy story that you can be a part of!

We tried the drink of the day. Tropical Green Tea. Not too sweet, and so refreshing, especially on a day like this (100 degrees!! )

We found this place by accident when we were on the hunt for our morning coffee. It wasn't until we got to the door that we realized we had seen this shop on GMA for the amazing connection they have with the community! We were greeted at the front desk by a lovely gentleman who was super helpful with our drink orders since it was our first time here. He took our order fast and efficiently. I ordered a vanilla latte, iced and my husband ordered a cold brew with caramel and oat milk also iced. Both tasted amazing. I'm so glad we put our money here to support a local business.

Really cute coffee shop! Love the matcha latte and the rice crispy I assumed it was made in house with it in the case. However, it was pre packaged. Still a delicious treat and a nice place to hang out! Service was good and fast! It's an order at the counter coffee shop.

Excellent location and feel good about the cause here. I love that they give you a playing card instead of a number.

A great coffee shop supporting inclusive workspaces for people with disabilities and special needs. I have been coming here since they opened about 5 years ago. It has a great location just around the corner from City Market. They have a good selection of caffeinated drinks, hot, cold, iced, and blended. They don't seem to have the lemonade anymore I saw in other reviews so the non-caffeine options would be hot chocolate or smoothies. All the frappes are made with regular milk and whip on top, so if you have issues with dairy, make sure to ask for almond milk or their other alternative (can't remember if it's soy or oatmilk). The Java chip one was a hit with my mom. My dad and I got strawberry smoothies. These are non-dairy smoothies. They make them with ice and flavor concentrate. These were very refreshing after walking around all day! We all loved the inspirational messages on the cups and their use of playing cards to call order numbers. You can also purchase lots of merchandise that says "radically inclusive" and other supporting messages. My mom was really happy to get the mug version. Next time: I may try one of their frappes or pastry case snacks!

Located off of Congress Street in the city market area this quaint little spot is perfect if you want to mingle with friendly staff and enjoy a hot/cold coffee or tea. This cafe is mainly employed by individuals with disabilities so patience's is needed if you are extra detailed when it comes to how you like your drink. It's a little different than your typical coffee spot. Instead of asking for your name they give you a solitary card and that's what they call out when your order is ready and each cup has a cute quote from a movie in it. The menu is very simple which makes it easy for whomever is making your drink.

The combination of the jalapeño cheddar cornbread waffle topped with sausage gravy, fluffy scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, crispy bacon, and scallions was exactly what we were looking for. Every ingredient complemented the next, creating the perfect balance of savory, smoky, cheesy, and just a subtle kick from the jalapeño. We also got the tobacco syrup on the side, which added a unique sweet-and-savory contrast that tied everything together beautifully. I also loved their ordering concept. You place your order at the counter first, grab a seat, and then the staff brings everything out to your table. It's efficient without feeling rushed, and everyone we interacted with was genuinely friendly and welcoming. The café has a cozy, bustling atmosphere with an incredible bakery display that's hard to walk past without wanting to take something home. Despite being busy, everything was clean, organized, and ran smoothly. Overall, this was an excellent breakfast experience. The unique flavors, generous yet not overly heavy portion, welcoming staff, and charming atmosphere make Goose Feathers an easy recommendation. I'd absolutely come back to work my way through more of the menu and bakery offerings.

The Paris Market is essentially like an antique shop, museum, and classy cafe all came together at once. It has a perfect vibe and aesthetic that is honestly very calming when you've been rushing around the streets of Savannah prior to walking in the door. I highly recommend getting any flavor of latte (hot or iced) as well as their incredible Parisian hot chocolate. Both were delicious and actually worth the $6/$7 price tag! Instead, there were only a few macarons, maybe one sandwich option, and the café itself was...pretty much nonexistent. The retail side also felt a little underwhelming. The space is nice, but a lot of the merchandise was sourced from vendors you commonly see at the larger merchandise markets, so it didn't feel as unique or curated as we expected. Outside: biblical rainfall, no parking anywhere because it's Memorial Day weekend, and me running on fumes after a 30-hour round trip drive dropping my kids off with their father. I genuinely looked out that window and thought, "Well... this is how villains are created." Inside: salvation. I ordered the Eggstreme Biscuits & Gravy with spicy sausage gravy and added bacon for $2.99 because I trust my sister's decisions when it matters most. The bacon is NOT optional. I repeat: if you skip the bacon, that is between you and God (and she's gonna be pissed). The biscuit was soft enough to heal emotional damage and sturdy enough not to piss me off by crumbling as I devoured it. The gravy had just enough spice to wake me up spiritually. And the eggs sitting on top like they personally paid rent there? Incredible. Then came the lattes. The iced churro latte was so good I immediately got protective over it. The hot vanilla maple latte somehow tasted like a cozy fall morning and a stable mental state. I kept alternating between them like I was conducting a scientific experiment in happiness. Yes, the line was long. Yes, parking downtown Savannah took approximately seventeen business years. But one bite into this meal and suddenly I understood why every single person in there looked willing to fight for a table. 10/10. Maple Street didn't just feed me -- they restored my will to participate in society.

The bacon tacos were delicious! Definitely recommend those! Meh on the iced cinnamon biscuit. Maybe if they served it warm, it would have been better. My experience with her had nothing to do with her rules about dogs. It was about her attitude and the way she delivered a message, condescending and rude, in a tone that talked down to me as a customer, not an explanation, just contempt. That's the problem I have with her: the way she speaks to people, in this abrasive, angry, mean tone. If you're running a business and taking money from people, learn to deliver whatever you have to say in a friendly, kind way, not a condescending, dismissive, disgusting one. That is what this review has always been about: her behavior, not a dog. If it were about a dog, I would have said so. Having rules is fine, every business is entitled to them. What isn't fine is delivering any message with contempt instead of basic courtesy. There's a difference between enforcing a policy and being rude while doing it, and she consistently chooses the latter. I've also noticed her own staff don't follow her stated policies when she's not around, dogs sitting at tables inside, that kind of thing, which tells me something about how her own employees feel about working under her. And I'm not the only one who's had this kind of experience. I've talked to other people locally in Savannah who described the same condescending treatment from her. The latte is good. The staff, aside from her, are friendly. But an owner who can't speak to paying customers without an attitude problem is the reason I won't be back. Take accountability for how you talk to people, not for a dog that was never the issue.
