Yummmm! We stopped in here for some breakfast and pastries. I had the lox bagel and it was really good. I gave the pastries away but everyone said they were delicious. I'd love to come again when I visit Savannah again!

Delicious food and friendly staff! Had the egg and cheese croissant sandwich with spinach and it did NOT disappoint. The pistachio Irish cream latte was also excellent!

What a great breakfast to have before starting the day!! This spot is busy! But don't let the line deter you from waiting. It's a quick wait to the counter where you will place your order before finding a seat. Prices are great and Goose Feathers is right in the heart of downtown so if you're staying at a hotel it's a short walk away. I ordered the Belgian waffle with a side of grits and bacon and everything was great. The grits were perfectly made. Oftentimes I'm disappointed because people will use water and they're not creamy or salted but these were great. The staff were all very friendly. The spot has a diner dive feel but it's clean. Overall it was a wonderful experience. 10/10!!

Quiche- portion size was rather small but for the price was a good deal. Big gators would probably need two slices.

Quick counter service restaurant. We stopped in for breakfast on a Tuesday am. There were only a few people eating. Food was served really quickly. We Had iced mocha's, a croissant sandwich and the quiche of the day. Everything was delicious

This is a very popular restaurant for breakfast and lunch. You order in line then take the number and sit at a table. They deliver the food to your table. We got a peach cobbler bar while we waited and it was amazing! I got the bagel and lox and it was delicious but I probably would have like more lox- the portion was skimpy. My friend got a breakfast sandwich and he liked it

This cafe was a nice lunch spot with lots of seating. They have pastries (which when we went at around noon, it appears they were sold out of most), coffee (including specials for St Patrick's Day), breakfast, and lunch options. The BLAT (BLT with avocado) came on ciabatta bread, which made it dry. It came with mayo, though I needed to add extra to make up for the dry bread. The avocado was very fresh and the bacon was cooked well. I wouldn't order this one again The chicken bacon mushroom melt was juicy and the chicken was cooked well. This is definitely a reorder item The rosemary potatoes were a nice side. The potatoes were soft (but not mushy), seasoned well with a peppery flavor, and came with sour cream on the side. I wish I had more of these potatoes! The people behind the counter were nice, and the bussers walking around were extremely friendly and kind. It was wonderful talking with them!

Okay food, quick service despite the line, typical breakfast menu (bacon is thick cut and perfectly crisp). Counter and deliver to table service. Pastry options are overly sweet. Coffee was decent, not very kid friendly (nó booster, high seat). Place has warm and inviting feel with various wall art and attentive staff

Goose feathers is in the heart of the downtown Historic District. Several times during the year you can walk by and see a line. My husband and I went on Sunday, and I can definitely say this is one of those tourist traps. The service is great. There are menus placed outside the restaurant and once you enter so you can view your options before you order - which you need to do before you sit down. The menu has several options to make most dietary restrictions happy. I noticed the price of side items, and that already turned me off. ~3 for grits plus a dollar to add cheese is criminal! Especially when there are so many other places that do that for less (and add cheese for free!) We placed our orders, the breakfast platter with packed eggs and side turkey sausage, and the eggatarian which came with pesto and hollandaise. The breakfast platter was small! The eggatarian was good- but did not come with a side. Prices aren't bad, but when comparing to other places that offer a similar price point, like Clarey's, you get a lot less bang for your buck. Unsure if we'll be back, but if you're in the area and the line isn't long, try it out! Several people love this place- it's just okay for us.

Goose Feathers Café in Savannah is one of those places that makes you question every breakfast decision you've ever made before finding it. Why was I eating anywhere else? Let's start with the breakfast burrito. "Spectacular" doesn't quite cover it. This thing is beyond description -- hearty, perfectly balanced, and cooked with the kind of care that suggests someone in the kitchen genuinely wants you to have a good day. I added turkey sausage, which somehow made it even better, and I'm not sure how that's physically possible, but here we are. Every bite felt like the right choice. Then there's the chocolate croissant. Now listen carefully: this can be a main course, it can be dessert, or it can be both if you're living your best life. Flaky, rich, indulgent, and dangerous in the sense that you'll immediately want another one "for later." Spoiler: later never comes. The latte? Fantastic. The kind of coffee that makes you slow down mid-sip and think, Okay... this is serious. Strong, smooth, and exactly what you want while soaking in Savannah vibes. The atmosphere is casual, welcoming, and relaxed -- the perfect spot to start your day, reset your day, or accidentally turn breakfast into a full-on experience. Goose Feathers isn't just a café; it's a reminder that simple food, done incredibly well, is still undefeated. Five stars, easily. More if I could. If you're in Savannah and skip this place, that's on you -- but don't say I didn't warn you.

Service was very fast despite the long line. We got the eggetarian, the panini with salami and eggs, coffee and mocha. The eggetarian was awesome. The mocha tasted like steamed milk without any coffee. I was a bit surprised. The panini was decent. I'd come back for the food, try some of the desserts and get regular coffee next time.

Bacon, egg, cheddar. Magic inside this one.

Once in a while I visit a business firing on all cylinders. From the moment you step into the location staff is n sync. And the food is damn tasty. Goose Feathers Cafe is the place to be if you looking for those tasty breakfast items to include gluten free options. Rolled in early on a Saturday morning to place an order for a croissant, bacon, egg, and cheddar sandwich. Staff provided me coffee in a mug and I took a seat. Soon enough the breakfast croissant was brought to my table. The croissant was huge and super fresh! One of the best egg, cheddar, bacon croissants I've tasted. Staff swung by to take my plate and I was even visited by the manager and got a coffee refill. While on scene I learned GFC makes a gluten-free bagel and currently had some gluten-free cheesecake in their display! I was amazed at how many staff members were in the front of this restaurant to help serve, clean up, and take orders. The kitchen staff was fully loaded preparing foods for those hungry breakfast belly's rolling in. Great breakfast spot to start the day! I'll be back.

This is a casual, order-at-the-counter kind of place, so don't get too comfy before you've ordered--trust me, they'll kindly (but firmly) remind you. Once that's out of the way, grab a seat and enjoy the local vibe. The food? Solid, not spectacular. The shrimp and grits had great flavor but arrived more "warm hug" than "hot off the stove." The shrimp po' boy was nicely seasoned, and the coconut cake was a sweet finish though it had that "straight from the fridge" chill that dulled the flavor a bit. All in all, a decent lunch and a pleasant stop, but not one I'd rush back to next time I'm in town.

First time visit. We'll it took awhile to place our order because you had to order before you take a seat. The waffle was great. The bacon was good.b Prices are high like other places ($1.25 for cheese on eggs). The egg and cheese croissant was $9.00. The eggs are the powdered one. They only have mixed fruit jelly.

    Is this place Vegan friendly?

    Yes, I believe so.

    Do they take reservations?

No. You wait on a line and when you get up to the counter they take your order. Then you are able to take any open table. Lines are usually out the front door but line moves quick.

Major points for serving actual iced coffee instead of cold brew. The iced coffee was incredible. Very strong. I normally drink red eyes and half a cup of this stuff will have you ready to run the city. Lots of teas if you're a tea drinker. Cons - The inside is giving what can best be described as hipster cat lady energy. It just felt a little dirty and chaotic. Some people probably find it 'eclectic". Skip the bagels. They weren't...awful... but coming from the Northeast, we're probably impossible to impress in the bagel department.

Alright, fellow Yelpers, here are my thoughts on Gallery Espresso…read more I'll be honest, this is one of the harder coffee shop reviews for me to write because I'm a little torn. Do I think Gallery Espresso has the absolute best coffee in Savannah? No. Do I think it has my favorite atmosphere in Savannah? Also no. Personally, I tend to gravitate toward coffee shops with a slightly more modern feel, while Gallery Espresso leans more toward a classic, eclectic, and somewhat antique-inspired vibe. That said, I think judging a coffee shop solely on where it ranks in one category misses the point. If you're looking for a place to spend an entire afternoon working, reading, studying, meeting a friend, or simply relaxing, Gallery Espresso is one of the most reliable spots in Savannah. It has plenty of seating, mostly dependable Wi-Fi (though full transparency, it can occasionally get a little spotty), air conditioning, good food, solid drinks, and a comfortable environment where nobody seems to mind if you settle in for a few hours and get things done. In fact, despite there being a few coffee shops in Savannah that I would rank higher in specific categories, Gallery Espresso is probably the coffee shop I visit more than any other in the city. Why? Consistency. Every time I walk in, I know exactly what I'm getting. The service is dependable, the environment is comfortable, and it's simply an easy place to be productive. I'm personally a fan of their chai tea lattes, and their bagels are always a solid choice. You really can't go wrong stopping in here whether you're a local looking for a regular workspace or a visitor needing a comfortable place to recharge. I tend to be pretty critical in my reviews, so if anyone from Gallery Espresso happens to read this, I promise this isn't a criticism. There are a few places in Savannah that I think do certain things better. Some have more memorable coffee. Some have a more unique atmosphere. But very few places deliver the level of consistency that Gallery Espresso does day after day, and that's exactly why I find myself returning more often than almost anywhere else. For me, that's worth 4 out of 5 stars. I'm giving it four stars because while there are a few places in Savannah that I think function better as dedicated coffee shops, Gallery Espresso does an excellent job balancing good coffee with comfortable seating, food options, a productive atmosphere, and the ability to spend hours there without feeling rushed. When you take all of those factors together, it's one of the strongest all-around coffee shop experiences in the city. And sometimes, that's exactly what makes a great coffee shop.

I got their chicken sandwich, while the rest of my family got the Dubai chocolate French toast, Bubble and squeak. My grilled chicken sandwich had a vast majority of flavors varying in the sandwich. The chicken was my only set back, it came off as under seasoned and bland, while the white bread and cheese melted together with the fresh lettuce. I also got their iced matcha latte with lavender syrup, which I was heavily surprised from how flavorful and sugary it was, I highly recommend this drink to any matcha lovers out there. The Dubai chocolate French toast was beautifully put together and delicious, shared across my family. From what I heard the bubble and squeak was amazing and was not too heavy or dull in flavor and is a great vegetarian option. Overall, the atmosphere inside was very light and put together, the creme walls contrasted perfectly with the historic stone walls. If you or your family are visiting savannah Georgia, I highly recommend Collins Quarter!

That drink is a masterpiece and lives rent free in my head. I still regret not going back for another one while in Savannah. As a french toast lover who also happens to love pistachios and chocolate, I obviously got the Dubai Chocolate French Toast. I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the french toast, it was the perfect portion to split between two people without being overwhelmingly sweet. I hate when these things are humongous in size and then you can't finish it and end up wasting most of it away. The best part was Doki Doki' Pistachio-Crusted Pistachio Gelato on top - phenomenal! We also got the Moroccan Scramble as the savory counterpart to the french toast. The moroccan-spiced minced-lamb combined with scrambled eggs and toasted chickpea was so flavorful and satisfying. After this meal, I don't believe I could ever pass through Savannah without making a trip to the Collins Q! P.S.: Please come to Philly!
