I had a pretty awkward/extra request of shipping a hand-painted cooler as a birthday present to my boyfriend, and I needed it there as soon as possible. They packed it up for me, and the screen displayed which shipping option would be the cheapest price as well as travel times. The staff is knowledgeable and accommodating. If I went anywhere else, no one would probably take the time to walk me through the process or properly pack what I needed to be secure to make sure nothing damaged it (like good Lord, I put way too much time and effort into decorating a cooler- I'd be out for blood for whichever shipping company chipped my paint that was sealed multiple times and with freaking resin).
