It's extremely disappointing to make a special trip based on the posted business hours, only to find the location unexpectedly closed. If a store is going to close early or not operate during its advertised hours, that information should be updated online so customers don't waste their time and gas. Management needs to do a better job of ensuring that posted hours are accurate and that customers are properly informed of any changes.
