ZERO support after using their service. Btw, Lori Wells isn't registered in the Austin himself was two hours late to the appointment, unsympathetic, unhelpful, rude even. I really don't recommend this service and would never engage in it again. I wish I had talked to Kim Freeman, a lost cat detective whose life work is finding lost cats, sooner instead of engaging this service. What a sham and a disappointment. I lost my cat and I sent him a flyer after I engaged him for his services, and he had the audacity to say "This is terrible", then say he could 'create' a flyer for me for $30. There's plenty of free services to provide flyers. Greedy and terrible, trying to profit off of a grieving pet owner. SHAME ON YOU AUSTIN.
