My mom's been taking her dog to Best Paws for a little while so I decided to give them a try with my yorkie.. we've never been happier! Tony is a nervous wreck & gets a lot of anxiety at other groomers he's been to but Gisela & her team make him feel very comfortable. He's very happy when he gets home & smells great! Their customer service is awesome, they're fast & reliable & always cut Tony's hair exactly how I ask. I've missed a few of my appointments & they always greet Tony & I with a smile. I love the scarves the dogs get after each appointment too. Can't recommend them enough! I added some before & after pictures from his last visit so everyone can see the transformation. I always want to use local services. So i checked grooming services. I was quoted over the phone that nail clipping is $20. Wheni went there They charged me $25 and when i handed her two $20 bills. She asked how much change i need. Then she insisted that i give a five dollar tip. $ 5.00 tip for work off less than 5 minutes. And they nails were not filled properly to prevent poking. read more

UPDATED REVIEW: I've been going to Best Paws Grooming for a few months now. They'd been taking very good care of my terrier mix and I had brought my Yorkshire terrier in not too long ago, and they did another great job. However, I brought a third dog in yesterday and although his haircut was very cute and nice, the groomer had accidentally cut him and left a nicely-sized gash near his hind leg. One of the employees did have the courtesy to let me know about his injury, but I didn't think it was as bad as it was because the wound had been covered up by liquid band-aid, which I was grateful for. My dog had licked off the liquid band-aid sometime last night, exposing the gash this morning. I was horrified to see just how bad it was. He will need to see our vet and possibly get stitches, since it's an open wound. Best Paws usually does a really good job, but I had to update my review, given what happened. I was pleased with their services and again, they've taken good care of my other pups, but I will be going elsewhere in the future. read more

We fell in love with this place. I'm used to paying high rates at Petco and having to leave him there for up to 5 hours or more! Looking for a place to take your dog for grooming services ? Well Best paws grooming is the place! They took Mia as a walk in and I am really iffy about just leaving her anywhere especially of how nervous she was from the first place I attempted to take her. The staff is very welcoming and nice. I knew Mia would be in good hands. They told me it would take about an 1 1/2 or so.. which was enough time to run some errands. I've left her previously at another grooming place and I've had to call them because 2 hours had passed. Picked up Mia and she was looking nicely groomed. My poor baby had knots and it's very hard to keep her maintained at times. But definitely recommend this place! & definitely will be back with Mia! read more

One star. Because I came to this business out of convenience it's local and close to my home, which I'd like to recycle my money in the community. So my regular groomer was closed for some reason today I found this shop online. I didn't read the reviews I wish I would have because now I'm seeing that they have the same problem that I had, with their attitude and rudeness!! I called and made an appointment. I get to the appointment on time. I said a very nice cheerful hello to the woman that came out the back. I could just fill off top she was not a friendly person. When I pay for a service, I like to feel good about spending my money their not someone acting like I'm inconveniencing them because I even came to their business........ Very rude. No emotion. I am a new customer, wasn't greeted In a good way, not giving me any information. Just asked me "what do you want!?" I never been here before, so I'm trying to have a conversation with the lady. But it was just cold and I felt like I was leaving my dog in danger because obviously she didn't like me for no particular reason or maybe you could be because I am a mixed person with African-American, maybe they're racist. I don't know what the vibe was off. She declined to do my service because I spoke up against her rudeness. Thank God I didn't want my dog being tortured there will never recommend will never go back. I was never judging the establishment I was judging your nasty attitude, which you are not denying lol I said it seems like not a good establishment by your personality, and how I was being treated!!!! which you have multiple complaints on how disgusting your attitude is. You need to get some customer service skills and you would probably be a great pillar in the community. And FYI, I did find someone right around the corner from you. Best Paws Grooming was amazing with my dog. He is very anxious and weary around people he doesn't know but they were able to ease his nerves. I have been taking my pet to this grooming location for over a year. I continued taking my pet there out of convenience. They do a good job as well. That said, the staff at this grooming location is just so rude. If you take your pet to this location be ready for that. At first I thought that the staff just didn't like me, so I had my significant other take our pet, but they also had a bad experience with the staff. For a business that is not a necessity but a luxury, the staff should be a bit more conscious. My pets last grooming appointment was his last at this location.
