Why would you expect to get that same quality of service for $54.00 at Mr. Carwash? I paid for the highest package and got exactly what I paid for. They did an excellent job. They are always extremely pleasant and try to be accommodating to all of their customers requests. But you can't please everyone. And far as the materials used to service the vehicles, that information can be easily found online given you the option to decide if you want to have your vehicle serviced at Mr. Car Wash.
