It is a great workout and really helps with confidence, body awareness, and is a great activity for mindfulness. I cannot stress how much of a benefit this is for me. The smaller class size is also great for learning and matching up with someone of comparable skill. It was a little difficult to find at first, however, and the dojo is on the smaller side.
