The variety is incredible, from high-energy power yoga to the more restorative yin yoga, with specialized classes like hip stretching that target specific areas of the body. The space itself is absolutely gorgeous, and I love how well-equipped it is with mats, blocks, bolsters, straps, and blankets--everything you need for a comfortable and supportive practice. It's clear that the studio is committed to providing a top-notch experience for its members. The instructors are a highlight--each one brings a unique style and energy to their classes, and they're incredibly professional, helpful, and approachable. Seeing the incredible work being done at The Network is truly a sight to see. The newest addition, The Network Yoga, is such a welcome addition to the Plantsville/Southington Community. As a matter of fact, I would still recommend taking the trip here regardless of your distance from the studio itself. If you're in CT, this is the place to be. Gina and her team of instructors do an incredible job at making you feel safe, relaxed, and at ease all hours of the day. Whatever trouble life brings you, The Network has a plethora of services and styles of Yoga and Meditiation to completely reverse any negative feelings you may be fighting through in a given week. if you're skeptical about the benefits of yoga, just give it a try. Yoga can be hard for some people to get into. But once you try it at the Network you will be hooked. Over the years I have grown to love yoga & I love it even more when it's paired with something else. That's why I knew I had to go to the Network's bloom event because I love yoga & flowers!! I was so impressed with how they decorated the already beautiful space with an amazing floral themed snack table & gift's waiting for us on our mats. We also each got to make a bouquet before we left. I hope they continue to do more of these unique events because it was really worth the self care investment. I have gone to the Network Yoga now for 2 years. I started yoga as a way to fall in love with myself again and was able to do so here. The studio is stunning, an old factory that has been refurbished, with exposed beams and beautiful skylights to practice under. The staff are so nice and the instructors are fantastic. The studio often does fundraising and gives back to the community. I highly recommend this studio! read more

I did the $22 / 2 weeks unlimited classes intro and really enjoyed every instructor and each class. Also tried a barre class which was excellent. I feel each instructor really speaks to "all levels". The yoga room is spacious, clean and peaceful. I thoroughly enjoy this studio! read more
