The drive thru severely backed up, trash cans overflowing and people everywhere. We were here one hour from arrival to departure. The rush was handled incredibly well. The inside lines moved like an assembly line. Nobody lost their head. The whole place was docile, just digging the fellowship and enjoying the day. Henry Ford would have appreciated this well oiled machine. They even did a pretty good job keeping up with the bathrooms. We met several new friends here including a 30-year Tim's veteran with a Cowboy hat. She up-sold us on two coffee mugs, a half dozen donuts and coffee to brew at home, and we don't have a home!!!! It has been a slow haul to get this place back into the shape it was 10 years ago but with the new remodeling in the front end for a cafe space it has certainly improved in appearances. The wholesale clientele is starting to grow again and new faces arrive in the store daily. True we don't have much to offer at the time of this review but our bread kicks on anything you can buy from the grocery store ... fresh, from scratch, reasonable prices and friendly service. It won't be long until this small bakery will soon be busy again and Thomas F's review will be nothing more than ....... meaningless :)

Everything here is homemade with wholesome ingredients. The owner is very sweet and it looks like she's worked hard to build up her small business. It seems like they like to try out new menu items -- when I came here the owner actually advised me that my first choice of side didn't turn out how she wanted it to and advised me to get the bean salad instead. The bean salad, although sounding unassuming had a tasty vinegar dressing and was just the right side to go with my sandwich for brunch. Although you can still eat inside, they have also crested two little patio areas for dining al fresca. This is a casual place so don't expect table service other than them bringing you your food when it's ready. Also nice to see that they sell a few items crafted by local artists in the bakery. Skip the heavy, processed foods and come here for a great treat!
