Favorite part of my visit: the manager actually told another customer she was being rude when she attempted to cut in front of me. The woman was totally rude- but I wasn't expecting anyone to stand up for me. Yay for managers who actually care! The shop seems very professional and on top of things. and I'm scheduled to receive my glasses in about a week and I'm looking forward to my visit back to pick them up.

The slew of bad reviews from the last couple years should be telling…read more The only reason why this place has a 4-star review at the time of this post is because the old management (which apparently changed about 3 years ago) sold to completely incompetent individuals. My wife and I went back in after some time to get a new prescription and a new pair of frames each as we were moving and insurance would be ending. Not only did the prescription I got not work (I ended up wasting $100 bringing it to another store and didn't realize the prescription was wrong until the new pair was made - no refund on deposits obviously) but they ended up breaking my wife's only pair of glasses right in the middle of our move. I can't begin to describe the nightmare of trying to move without being able to properly see. The excuse? "We told you there was a risk in adjusting your old pair." That's essentially like telling someone in a car crash after you hit them, "well you knew the road was dangerous." The idiocy. A professional (definitely not the guys who used to own this place) would never have done something so careless just because "there's a risk" therefore I can treat your glasses however I want. The best part, we get her "fixed" glasses in the mail 3 weeks later and THEY'RE STILL BROKEN. Don't. Come. Here.

The purchase of glasses came with free eye exam, anti-glare and adjustment. The doctor was very professional and cleanly; he sanitized and wiped down all the equipments right in front of me. I felt comfortable to put my face on the machine and the room wasn't cramped like the ones i've been to in manhattan. He usually leaves at 6pm and come on certain days. The store is open all seven days and closes at 7:30pm. There was a wide selection of brand name prescription and sunglasses to pick from. The staff members here speak English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. Cecilia was very helpful in explaining everything clearly, she was very accommodating and friendly. I am usually very picky when it comes to shopping yet she had a lot of patience and kept her professional composure. It was a enjoyable experience selecting a pair of fashionable eye glasses with her because she offers great suggestions. The boss is lucky to have such an exceptional employee like her. Everything went smooth, quick and easy; I picked up my glasses the day after my eye exam. I am very happy with my purchase and got two other people I know to come get their glasses here. The staff was very helpful and nice- and setting up my follow up was a breeze, even though they had to squeeze me in before my vacation. The office was clean and comfortable. Usually a Doctor's office can be cold but it was a warm and friendly feeling. Dr Miglani was extremely meticulous and thorough with answering all my questions and helped me get the right prescription!
