Took it up with claims and they did not want to remedy the situation. 40/40 of the white tees I ordered arrived with the wrong color printed on them. Emulsion took responsibility and said it was there lack of attention to detail that caused the error, they reprinted and did the right thing. It only goes down from here. The lack of attention to detail and carelessness continued when I opened the box of hoodies. The embroidery on the front center was left of center and inconsistent through out the 40 units And I was able to use 5/40. 12/40 were the complete wrong color hoodie, and emulsion blames the distributor ( but how do you not make your customer more aware of this besides in the fine print ?) another 8 or so all had the threads pulling on them on the embroidery. 4 or so had blue die sneered on them that I was unable to remove with standard cleaning products. Chris from emulsion claims office declared that only 8 of the hoodies had issues and would reprint them. Now I'm left with more than 20 hoodies that I can't sell and scammed out of $600 (roughly). Additionally 30/80 crew necks I ordered are misprints and don't have full coverage from the screen printing. haven't heard back from them on this but assuming they'll take no blame once again. Chris is miserable to work with and actually said he didn't know why I was so upset. Maybe because my $4,600 order arrived in the worst condition out of any print shop I've worked with? The day that Alex guaranteed my items would be ready for pickup I had an email at 1pm from a production employee asking me to resend my files of the artwork (even though I had over a month ago and they were approved) safe to say my items weren't ready that day. Don't trust their guarantees on when your items will be ready for pickup or when they will return calls or emails. Scammy and sleezy team and company who takes no pride in their work!

I worked at the uxbridge location for about 5 months and left on great terms as they are all great people. Slightly understaffed but not more than industry norm they definitely took great care of me as an employee and as it would be nice if they were paying me to say good things but I wouldn't take it even if that was offered but genuinely they are good people and seem to have something for everyone and a level of service for anyone. The prices are more than Home Depot but you won't be back to replace you faucet in a year unless there's some factory defect. I would say it's a fantastic opportunity for just about anyone. I just wasn't a great fit but more me problem than them and they treated with respect and care, which I greatly appreciate. The benefits were pretty awesome compared to job's previous and the other staff was closer to a family environment than a corporate nightmare. The closest comparison I have is Dunder Mifflin from the office. If you need plumbing products or even flooring they appear to have just about everything to do your bathroom over other than the drywall but tile they got if you're feeling that boujee. Read this before considering KB: 1. KB cut my countertop…read morewrong not once, not twice but THREE TIMES. Each time the the cut was wrong and did not accommodate the sink and the dishwasher. 2. KB said they would pay for the plumber to install my sink when they cut the countertop wrong the first time. They said this in writing and then refused to pay for the plumber. 3. KB said they would credit me for a plumber again when they cut my countertop wrong the second time. They said this in writing and then refused again to pay for the plumber. 4. I had to pay a plumber over $800 for the sink install because the hole KB cut in the countertop the third time still would not accommodate the sink and dishwasher, and all of the pipes had to be re-plumbed to work with the sink that KB selected to cover up their third countertop mistake. 5. Bottom line: KB cut the countertop wrong 3 times. I was without a sink for 3 months. They did not pay for what they promised to pay for and I got stuck with the bill, paying almost $3,000 for what was a $2,0000 job.
