We ordered a counter top last August. Julie the sales person was excellent. The company sent an incompetent crew to install. The sink was cut out crudely on site making it difficult for me to install the sink. The workman took an outstandingly crafted top and carelessly ground the edges nearer the wall. I called and the owner was on vacation. When he returned we spoke. He told me the worker no longer worked for them. I told him I wanted the edge fixed. I didn't think it would be fair to demand a new piece. The owner told me he would do something. I've called and emailed a couple times since then. No replies and no solutions proposed yet. I paid for a quality item and wanted to install it myself. I wish I had. I guess my only choice will be small claims court. This is not the way to run a small business. I remodeled two bathrooms in my house and needed two 6' quartz vanity tops. Peter, Kristine, and Julie worked diligently to find two vanity tops that were within our budget and match the room. They were a pleasure to work with especially during the pandemic. Peter even took quartz samples home with him and Facetimed with my wife and me. Once we chose a top they sent a technician to template the vanity, fabricated it, and installed it on time and on budget. We did a lot of comparison shopping before we bought our kitchen counters. RSK had the best price, answered every single question thoroughly (and reassuringly!) and installed the counters fast and wonderfully! Our kitchen needed two slabs of granite so we looked at their granite yards and found the exact color we wanted. They held the granite for 3 or 4 weeks for us since our project took a little longer than expected. I had a few questions after they took the measurements and they took the time to contact the fabricator and get back to me. We were so pleased with how our kitchen came out, the quality of the product and service, and the price that we've been recommending them to family, friends, and coworkers. I had a great experience with RSK Marble & Granite in Tewksbury. The sales people in the store were friendly, they had the best prices around, and were offering 8 different stone choices for sale as opposed to other shops we visited that listed a sale price, but then had only one ugly choice. The guys to do the measuring came out quickly and were polite and helpful in telling me what i needed to do to install the granite on a new cabinet i had constructed. The installation took place about a week later, and the final product was beautiful, with nearly invisible seam-lines. When I had another question about the granite, the salespeople at the store were extremely courteous and went out of their way to make sure i was satisfied. Horrible. I went to this company to begin discussions on adding a central island to our kitchen as well as install new granite countertops. We stopped by their mediocre (at best) new showroom to discuss options. We perused through some of their granite options on display and they let us know that we actually shouldn't look at those pieces, but to go uptown to a different wholesale warehouse with a better selection. Why start there to begin with then? Needless to say, we worked to get the gentleman here at our home to see the space. We scheduled an appointment and the gentleman, Matt, NEVER SHOWED UP. As in didn't come at all. No call - no email - no show. Who does that? For anyone out there that expects to get service with what they pay for - go elsewhere. Susie read more

To all of you who are looking for a great Granite company, you have found the best one by choosing RSK Marble& Granite. Peter and his crew have just finished the third project for my husband and me, and we couldn't be more satisfied. Their work is impeccable and they have been professional, yet as caring and personal as if we were family...(which we are not...) Our kitchen countertop was just completed in Absolute Black. We chose a waterfall edge as it was suggested to us an option, as we were looking for something a bit unique and different. It looks absolutely beautiful, and trust me, I am a very fussy gal. Also, we were doing the breakfast bar area which only extended out 8 inches. They also suggested extending it another two inches to give us more room to be comfortable while sitting there. Just that small detail really made a world of difference...something I would not have thought of, but am so grateful for that suggestion. In 2006, RSK did a honed marble vanity in our master bathroom. It is still stunning. A few years ago we wanted a new granite countertop in our home in Maine. We loved the work that RSK did in our home in Andover so much that we asked if they would travel up to Maine for us. They installed a beautiful granite countertop there as well. With all of the work we have done, we can absolutely give RSK five stars and highly recommend them to do your renovations. In our very,very large kitchen countertop there is only one seam that is almost impossible to find. I really don't know how one could find fault with anything at RSK.
