In fact, it turned out that my realtor George Brown had represented the sellers when I bought my house 20 years ago! So this would be the second time he's sold this house. I figured he would have a good idea of what my house would sell for and how long it would take, but I was surprised at how closely he nailed both; apparently he really knows this market. He came to the house and told me exactly what was needed to get the place sold and also make sure the buyer was getting a good house. I did some repairs and upgrades he suggested (mostly small things like paint touch-ups and minor repairs), he put up the sign and flyers and had a couple of open houses, and we had offers almost immediately. When it was time for closing and paperwork, Brianna helped us through the whole thing and made it easy. Selling this house was a lot easier than I assumed it would be, and during the process I felt like they were really working hard for me. George was almost always available to talk to me on the phone when I had a question, and if not, I never had to wait more than an hour or two for a callback. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. They are nice people and really good at selling houses. I rented for 1 year and six months, the owners gave me notice to move out, they were going to move in. M&M property Management was very prompt about correcting issues; the air conditioner broke twice while I was there. I moved out and left the place absolutely spotless with the yards well mowed and the trees appropriately trimmed. The place looked way better both inside and out than when I moved in. I received a check eighteen days after moving out for $670. The invoices claimed $2,000 in yard care and $280 in inside cleaning. I can't claim fraud, it's possible that my property manager Jason Oliveira is blind or incompetent at his job. It is possible that M&M Property Management calls in their contractors regardless of how the property was left. I don't know how they function but do know that this is not best management practices and appears shady.

After a while, I started to see Dan, he showed up and showed him around. He explained how it work between with any Property Management and the owner while requesting for any work repair. There was one lady whom suppose to work with me named Stephanie (long story, but let me make it short simplifying thing), she mentioned she talking with owner for the past approximately 4-5 months , therefore no result. That how I was about to get Dan which I finally meet him. He fired that lady, Stephanie, then got another person. That all good. I rather reach out to Dan for any quicker responses. He is the main person. So, things happened, got things settle, and made a good deal for me for one month. It wasn't a bad deal and got most of the thing fix like ceiling fan in living room, replacement 2 fans/light upstairs, fix heather, eh, it was all taken care off. Alright then, that my simply journey story. I end up staying another year but more likely stay here 3 more year for the kids school. All that thing being happening, henceforth one I recommend go through it, however always get Dan or each out to him. Someone might help, but he is the one you actually need to take things care of.
