My wife had a claim - an accident that was her fault - about seven years ago. Kristin took care of everything, and our premium didn't even go up. My car got rear-ended about five years ago (by another State Farm customer!). The damage was entirely cosmetic, but an agent showed up after a couple of days and compensated us for the minor loss of value. We have shopped for other insurance companies, but most cost more, and none would have saved us much. I can't imagine better customer service. Highly recommended.

i tried to give this company a chance twice first time around after taking a double payment they…read moredecided to cancel my policy due to where I was rear ended in Michigan while at a complete standstill was their excuse second time around after agreeing to insure me with full knowledge of my license having been suspended a couple years ago they had screwed up on my policy information then after taking a double payment and charging me an entire month of insurance coverage for 2 days they decide to cancel my policy yet again the excuse being because of the suspended license a couple years ago also it took them over 2 mo to get me my insurance cards and in the same week canceled my policy if you want ripped off and have your policy canceled in the middle of the month this is the place you want if they had a zero review Star that's what this company deserves! I would recommend anywhere but here
