Being a St. Louis native, I have been reluctant to trust new "professionals" in the area simply because we don't know anyone.... Well, now I know who to recommend in the roofing industry!! With the storms of recent, our gutter and fascia board separated from our house and needed to be fixed. We were referred to Elite Roofing & Siding by our Realtor who said they did awesome work. From the initial phone call to the in-person service, I had the pleasure of working with Matt, Darren & Daryl. When you can't reach one, the other swiftly stepped-in and provided excellent customer service! In regard to the actual repair, I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome! Daryl is a professional by nature. His overall skill and efficiency was illustrated within minutes of being on our roof. Within no time, our house was restored and Daryl was on to the next! Very helpful and VERY affordable! We are sure to recommend!!

My husband & I met with a Rep from Roof Lux in Jan 2021, signed the contact and paid our half-down deposit on Feb 6th...bottom line, we are still waiting on our siding... upon signing we were told we would have siding in about 4 weeks, about 4 weeks later we were then given a start date of April 9th, we received a call right around the projected April start date and informed that our siding hadn't been ordered yet...and that it wouldn't be here until mid-June. We spoke with our Rep about other options, we spoke with the owners about other options and were assured (it was the beginning of May at this point) that he could get it done & that the siding would be here in 3-4 weeks. We finally received a call that siding was being delivered last Friday (June 4th.) We then received a call that they would plan to start on Wednesday (June 9th) with a subsequent call moving that start date to Thursday (June 10th)...today...and unfortunately we haven't seen or heard from anyone. We have been working with Roof Lux since February, our check was deposited in February...it's mid-June and we still have no siding. Times are busy, the construction industry is swamped, parts are hard to get...we get all of that, however this is extreme and due to poor business practices, not lack of product at this point.

Not a business/owner with integrity. Sold me a bad product and would not refund my money. After…read moreseeing his reply on Google I'll add he is dishonest as well. I wanted a spare key and fob for my Silverado. I called around and choose Skeltons because they are local and I like to support local small businesses. He had me come in a week later to get the key made and fob programmed to my truck. After waiting way too long to have a key made he finally ran out of blanks and failed to make a usable key. So I returned a week later to get the key made...I will add every time I set up a time to meet him at his store I had to call after I arrived as he was never there and I would have to wait for him to show up. So he finally handed me a key and I left. The next time I drove my truck (not my daily driver) the key fob failed to unlock my truck and when I tried the key, that worked to start the truck, it would not unlock the door. I was near the auto parts store and replaced the battery in the fob and was able to get in my truck. I contacted him and made arrangements to meet him at his store. I told him during this meeting that "if this thing is going to eat a battery per month I don't want it!" and he agreed by saying "yes sir". He couldn't make a new key as he ran out of blanks again. He told me to check later and he would replace the key. I contacted him a month later and he had the blanks and we set a time and day. He didn't show and I had to call him. This time instead of coming he stated he would come by my work later and make the new key. When he showed up I gave him the original key to copy and the key fob stating it failed again and I want a refund and I went back in to work. He called saying he finish. I went back out. He handed me the key and fob and said he replaced the battery and he jumped in his truck and left. Well the very next time I tried to use the key fob it was dead. At this point the key fob worked maybe 5 times and had 3 batteries in it. I called to arrange the return of the faulty product. He asked my name and a few minutes later he mumbled something I couldn't understand and hung up on me. Then would not answer the phone when I called back several times.

What a crew!!! These guys arrived and didn't waste a minute getting to work. I counted at least 8…read moreworkers and at least 5 machines that made short work of some very thick trees and undergrowth. Not only did they clear the area but they carted off all the cuttings and wood which as we had requested. We now have an absolutely beautiful view of the lake. The price was extremely fair and exactly as agreed to in the free estimate they provided. If I sound pleased with the service they provided, I really am.
