I just retired as a paralegal from Denver, Co. Bought a house in Linn Creek. Woman who owned house passed. Roofers were roofing house the day we moved in. They admitted they were contacted months before to roof the house but "we didn't get to it." When we looked at the house, the ceilings were all white & pretty. I've bought plenty of houses & know where to look & husband is retired building engineer. I was impressed. During the first viewing & the inspection the roofers still hadn't put the roofing on. On 7/18, the area had a down pour. (Weather Underground & we were here.) After we moved in & w/some rain, the ceiling showed signs of what we thought was retained water damage or roof leaking. The sign for Thompson Roofing was still in front of the house. I contacted them, after a few threats they finally showed up. They recognized the extreme signs of leaking on the ceilings & after a few more days and the rain just this week, they showed up, put a tarp on the house & had A-Z out to investigate. They tore holes in the ceiling, There are signs of extreme water damage above the ceiling & they came up with "the previous owners painted with cheap paint & the water marks bled thru." Lastly, a gutter on one side is not taking the water because Thompson Roofing put the porch awning over the gutter & the water is pouring over the side. I contacted him again & he sent me a nasty message back telling me not to contact him again & to go through an attorney. So that's what I'm doing. Nondisclosure & delay of the roofer to minimize damage to the roof/water leaking. This is our retirement home. I have never had such problems with people not disclosing and getting nasty messages when I can go to every person in this loop by email (a couple with Thompson signs in front of them) and ruin their business if I felt like it. When we thought we might have damage on our Roof we called Thompson Roofing and Construction and Korey came right out and checked it and confirmed it. They immediately helped us buy contacting my insurance company and started the claim. Then the insurance company came out and Thompson Roofing was here to handle everything and made it all so easy and within 10 days It was approved and done. The shingles showed up and the crew was here at 8;00 and went right to work and done by 3:00. They stripped the whole roof and repaired it and replaced the shingles. I was Totally impressed from start to finish. They handled everything and cleaned up everything better than it was before they started. We highly recommend them. They will not let the Insurance Company run over you when you need an expert you won't find a better company to deal with period. read more

Lance Kemp inspected our roof for hail damage and identified enough hail damage that the roof needed replaced. He worked diligently with the insurance adjuster to ensure that we were made whole by our home insurance. Once the claim was approved, Lance and the owner were patient as we waited for a good time to install the new roof. Once the installation date was set, Lance came by to make sure that the crew was doing a good job. The crew was awesome throughout the work, didn't disturb my work from home wife and made sure that the job was done right. I have a solar panel system on my roof, and Lance was very helpful and patient as Sun Solar removed the panels, and ensured that scheduling was smooth. Top notch service. read more

I had a leak during a rain storm. I called Thompson Roofing our. They had a project manager on my roof the next day to put a tarp on my roof to stop the leak until my insurance adjuster could come out and look at the wind and hail damage. Cool thing about it is they not only tarred my roof that day, they billed my insurance company for the tarp so I didn't have to pay for the tarp. They even met with my insurance adjuster on my roof. They pointed out all the damage to my adjuster an my roof was approved aardvark paid for through my insurance company. The completed roofing work is quality and the clean up is outstanding. My roof was denied by my insurance company after a hail storm. I called Thompson Roofing out. They inspected my roof and found legitimate damage the insurance adjuster just ignored. Thompson too great photos of the damage and sent them in to my insurance company and got the claim overturned! I am so pleased with ttheir service. Now I don't have to come out of pocket $25,000 for a new roof. Thompson Roofing got 98% if my roof paid for by the insurance company. This company was very efficient in helping me with an insurance claim and now I have I have a beautiful new roof with only my deductible owed. We used this company to do a full roof replacement and then a minor repair. Full roof replacement went over budget and was late getting done but end product was acceptable.. We had them do a small repair, $100 was the total invoice, I told the company we would pay when I was back to the lake, two weeks later I received several profanity laced texts, threatening me and they would "tear the M###F###ing patch off the roof" My neighbor had a similar experience with poor workmanship. Found missing shingles laying in my yard, due to recent storms. Called Thompson Roofing and they were able to come out and give a free quote for the repairs. Thompson Roofing did a great job on our roof. An architectural challenge forty feet in the air but it looks fantastic. We had hail damage and they worked with insurance and made the process painless. I noticed a leak by my back door and I called them the following day and they immediately came out to see what was going on. which they told me the leak was from a pipe on the roof and they put silicone around it to prevent it from leaking. best thing about it was they didn't even charge me! outstanding people 10/10 would recommend to anyone! read more
